Definitely bigger than size 3 so more coverage in the front and back to prevent leaks. Our baby had a big poop yesterday and I’m so glad we sized up, else I would’ve had to deal with a blowout. Thickness-wise, it definitely holds more pee and doesn’t need changing as much (unless the blue line is near halfway). I say it’s pretty durable and worth it. He hasn’t had rashes so far with this brand and he’s already 8 months old.*Picture is comparing our last size 3 to size 4. Doesn’t look all that different but, it definitely holds more pee and is longer. Size 3 just hits his belly button but eventually goes under his belly from constant movement and being full. On the other hand, size 4 covers his belly button and slightly higher on the back. It doesn’t fold down his belly too.

I am a loyal Pampers Swaddlers user! My baby is one now and we tried so many diapers in the beginning, from bougie to name brand, and pampers were the clear winners for us. We rarely have a blow out and I've never had them leak. The size 3 has fit my baby since he was 4 months and they still fit great at 21lbs! He never seems to be uncomfortable in them and he rarely has a rash!

These diapers are great - we’ve tried all of the diaper brands with our kids at this point and consistently these pampers swaddlers and Costco generic brands have had the best success in preventing overnight leaking and blowouts. Swaddlers are specifically our favorite due to how soft they are compared to the other pampers types. Sizing is accurate but we typically do go up a size if our kids are within 3lbs of the max size range.

Some people just have their preferences as far as diapers. Anytime we buy Huggies we realize our son pees so much over night it goes out and he ends up wet. We don’t have that problem with these specific pampers. The swaddles have been our go to ever since
