Perfect for two
This eye round is great for two. I cook it in the oven covered in herbs for 45 minutes and it comes out the perfect temperature. It is flavorful and tender.

Great for cooking for 2
This was delicious, and I'm just learning to expand my cooking skills. Made a rub with chunky garlic and butter, poked a few holes in the meat and stuffed the butter garlic mixture in them. Sprinkled Adobo, black pepper and paprika on top.On convection setting: Seared for 20 mins at 500, then reduced to 325 for another 30-35 mins. SCORE!! My husband was impressed....actually, so was I. Mad skills.

Even recommended to family and friends
I keep buying these because they are perfect for me.They are small than the ones I typically see in my grocery store, but at 1.5 pounds (compared to 3-5 pounds at supermarket) they are perfect for one or two people. My 21 year old son and I (Dad) share one and both satisfied.I have to take issue with some of these poor reviews because I have yet to get one less than perfect. They run out sometimes and I'll postpone my order until they are back in stock.

Incredibly Tender!
I didn’t prepare this as a roast. I sliced it into 4 separate pieces like “steaks” and seared it in a pan with butter, seasoned with only salt & pepper. Cooked about 6-8 minutes per side which was a nice medium. Wow, this was so good! It was so tender and juicy and I literally could have cut it with a butter knife. I read a post about being tough and was stunned. This is the second time I’ve purchased this and it’s been fantastic both times!

A great dish anytime
How yummy. First brown in skillet then put in oven yes it’s my granny’s secret. Use browning sauce. So foos is flavored with island spice.

excellent roast
I used it the first time for roast beef and the second in a vegetable beef soup. There are only two people in our family, so the size was perfect.

Flavorful, juicy but tough cut of meat
I seasoned and seared the meat to seal in the juices, wrapped in bacon and finished cooking in the oven.. it came out juicy and flavorful but to me it's a tougher cut of meat. Portion was decent for ama couple, we still have leftovers. Decent for the price but it was a little tough. Maybe for a long roast it will come out more tender.
