I was surprised
I took these for a month and didn’t think they were really helping until I stopped taking them. Then the pain returned 10 fold. So they do help, it’s not a cure but there is definitely a difference in arthritis pain.

Work for me
When I started to get some joint pain I decided to try Seven Seas Joint Care and they’ve certainly made a difference to me. I still get some aches but it’s much better than it used to be and I’ve certainly noticed the difference after sport. Expensive but definitely worth a try.

I have ordered two more months' supply
The manufacturers say that the positive effects of these capsules coujld take up to three months to take full effect. I suspect a positive effect is already taking place and happily ordered two more months' supply to continue the experiment. They are certainly not causing harm. My physical fitness seems to have improved.
