Works great and lots of fun for the kids!!
First, I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy/substantial this pan was when it arrived! I wasn't really expecting that part. Anyways, my kids (age 6 and 8) LOVE ice cream and are very into cooking shows lately, so I thought this could be a fun way for them to "cook" without needing to use any heat. Happy to say it works great! They love coming up with new flavors and mix-ins to try (some very random ones of course LOL) and watching the ingredients "magically" change from liquid to ice cream in just a few minutes. And then of course they love the eating it part too. ;)

Awesome :)
This pan is AWESOME! I bought it so I could try making oat milk ice cream instead of using regular milk and it worked great. I recommend freezing the pan upside down, it stays colder longer that way in my opinion.I’ll be buying a second one for my niece as her Christmas gift!

Unopened in box for 6 months, yet metal mixing plate is corroded!
I bought this for my kids b day in April and ended up saving it for Christmas.... went to go wrap it today and got curious and opened the box.to my dismay and disgust there is corrosion right in the middle of the freeze plate and a little cluster of a salt or something from inside the plate that dissolved the metal and leaked out!!!! It's like when you leave batteries too long and the caustic base leaks out of them ....except after 6 months on an unused supposedly food safe surface! You assume it's water inside, but it can't be... there is no materials list... what corrodes metal?! Did i get a dud? I'm hesitant to request a replacement out of concern 6 months down the line this may happen again, but at almost $40 it's a huge lost for this single mom. Yes its been sometime, however the item is and will remain, unused due soley to faulty manufacturing. hopefully they give me my money back. I will repost updstes about customer service experience if possible. learn from me, beware!

False advertising!
Complete junk! I did everything the instructions said.... I even left it in the ice box for 3 days!!!! It didn’t freeze the ice cream at all... nothing!! Complete let down. Wish I could get my money back...... you are better off using a cookie sheet!!!

My New Favorite Kitchen Tool!
A couple of years ago I faced some health issues that forced me to rethink my "dietary lifestyle." I gave up heavily processed foods, excess sugar, and starchy carbs and lost over 100 pounds. "Eating clean" became second nature and is now easy, great tasting, and very satisfying. But dessert time was still tough, mostly limited to fruits. I missed ice cream! Cakes and cookies didn't fit the bill and even low-carb ice creams still had too many artificial sweeteners, corn syrup, or strange fillers like "guar gum." Typical ice cream makers were bulky and expensive, so when I saw this I decided to give it a try. Now I have my ice cream treat whenever I want with exactly the ingredients I want, the type and amount of sweetener of my choice, and no hidden preservatives or surprise "enhancers." So now I have my Instantpot for my entree and my Ice Cream Time for dessert. And as a bonus, it's fun to use!

YES! Ice cream my way!!!
I've phased dairy out of my diet for health reasons but I missed ice cream so much. This is perfect to enjoy with almond and coconut milk. I love mixing in fruit and granola. My boyfriend found a keto recipe and he loves it now too.Great cause we can make our own without leftovers having us over eat.

Fun for the kids!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. My 6yo twins loved it.. We mixed in Oreos. Depending how many batches you want ro make, you may have to put the pan back in the freezer in between.. If you don’t eat the ice cream immediately just through it in the freezer..

Does not make rolled ice cream
Bought this to make rolled ice cream (which it says you can do) and the ice cream does not roll on the given spatulas. Very disappointed. It does make ice cream, but only one batch.
