If I have a lot on my mind and know I'm not going to fall asleep easily, I take one or two tablets and it helps be fall asleep. However, my husband tried it twice and he said it gives him wild dreams!

They are only 1 mg but strong, however I am sensitive to medications. They also come in 5, and 10 mg. But best to start small. I find that less is more. Taste is good, kind of lemony. They dissolve in the mouth. I get up several times during the night and have trouble getting back to sleep. I cut them in two and take 1/2, each time I get up. The really handy part is that you don't have to turn on a light, and open a pill bottle. I just leave the halves in the pill cutter, I can get one, pop it in my mouth and go back to bed. It works really good for me. I first came across these in my doctor's office...he is an integrative doc.

Just one 1 mg of these will definitely help you sleep.

My 9 year old takes this. He has a hard time falling asleep so we tried it. Works so well. He’s asleep in 30 minutes after taking it. He likes the taste too.

I liked the contents, but there were 2 different stickers applied that were blocking the dose on the front and most of the back of original label starting suggested usage, etc.... These are important to see! I use different sides and brands at different times. The original labels should never have stickers applied on top of them. That glue was very strong and difficult to remove. I'll need to find another seller next time

I like that they dissolve on your toung, you can swallow them but I personally do not. I have been able to go to sleep way easier than without this melatonin, and the flavor is tasty- not like other tablets that may taste nasty.

Works wonderful. My child who has Autism uses these for sleep disorder and they help him fall asleep and stay asleep. They are also easy for him to take since they dissolve.

Great for toddlers! 1 MG is completely harmless. I don’t know why parents are scared to give their kids melatonin, something we naturally produce and may be deficient in. Tastes great and kids love them. Certainly helps our kids settle in their beds for the night
