Great Product but supply unreliable
This stuff really works. I have been using a sinus wash for a few years now. Mostly just buffered saline. Got a recent sinus infection and the plain saline solutions just were not very effective. I would have to rinse two or three times a day, and my nose was more stuffed up after the rinse than before. Until I tried this Sinuwash Xtra. My sinus actually cleared up after a single 200 cc rinse, and the impact lasted for 8-10 Hrs. Daily use cured the sinus infection and now I don't use Clariton or any other allergy drugs. I also had a problem with post nasal drip with thick mucus moving down into my throat. This is the first solution that cleared up this problem. It does not sting, and your nose feels great after use.My only issue is product availability (and to some extent cost). You need about 20 cc of the concentrate for a 200 cc rinse. That means a 500 cc bottle lasts about 25 days at a single rinse/day; or only 12-13 days rinsing twice a day. If you are doing this week in and week out, you need to buy two bottles/month @ $25 a pop. Not exactly cheap, but I had a problem ordering a follow up order of 4 bottles after an initial order. If you really like this product, as I do, I want to be able to re-up without Amazon telling you they are out of stock. When I could not find stock on Amazon, I went to another popular auction site, and found the company does not pay attention to those either, as the product was never shipped. They also charge quite a bit for shipping, and do not comply with Amazon's typical free shipping for orders over $35.

SinuWash is the best sinus wash I've ever used. It worked to relieve a severe sinus infection that was ongoing for almost a year. I couldn't breath through my nose and had to constantly use Vicks Sinex spray to get any relief, which was only temporary. After only three days of using SinuWash my sinusitis began to diminish to the point that I no longer need the Sinex spray. Now after a month of daily use I have only minor symptoms of sinusitis remaining. I really believe if I continue my daily rinsing with SW those will go away also. I'm happy to say I'm well on my way to complete relief from all of my symptoms. Thanks SinuWash, LLC !

After suffering with a sinus infection for years that baffled the Doctors. Having my teeth pulled on one Doctors recommendation. Taking massive doses of antibiotics I finally thought blowing my nose every 15 minutes was a lifetime condition. Using Sinuwash has just about cleared my problem and I've only used two bottles with Sinugator. Definitely five stars.

I think it's expensive for what it is. There are cheaper alternatives. I would try those first and if they aren't satisfactory then try this.

I got the flu last December 15th and it was bad, real bad
Bought this after reading how it helped people with chronic sinus problems. I got the flu last December 15th and it was bad, real bad. I was sick until at least January 20th and since then, my sense of smell has been diminished. Plus, I have had a "sick smell" in my nose ever since. It's a sort of sour, nasty odor that is hard to describe. I've tried a prescription of Augmentin but after 11 days I started having gastrointestinal issues and stopped. It did nothing to alleviate my sinus problems. The SinuWash makes my sinuses feel better for about 30 minutes but that's about it. Shortly after that the sick smell returns. I'll keep searching for a solution but unfortunately SinuWash isn't it.
