I bought this for my dad due to his hemorrhoids problem and eventually surgery and post surgery process. He has had issues before, but the doctor says he must sit on this seat before and after surgery, As far as the shipping and ordering amazon has done it again with a flawless process and easy to use checkout. The product came as is and is exactly what i see in the picture, is what you get. As far is the use, when dad sits on it there is no pain and it works very well with what he has and for after the surgery we do not know yet.Bottom line for people with hemorrhoids issues this is for you.

It’s ok, have to readjust constantly to get it just right. It collapses too much as well. Other designs are more effective.

I tried several cushions for tailbone pain, but all were uncomfortable. Finally, this one is comfortable and works for my coccyx injury, which is taking months and months to heal.
