Rexaline Xtreme Body Sculpt 150 ml

When I received this it took me ages to get it open. There is a little silicone plug in the top that needs turning upside down, took me a good 15 mins to get anything out of the container. When I eventually did I didn't put too much on but I found it didn't sink in, after 2 hours it was still like an oil slick on my arms and legs. To be honest my sheets on the bed were tacky where it had rubbed off. I put more on this morning and even less than yesterday, but it still doesn't sink into my skin just stays like a greasy mess on the top. This being such an expensive product I thought it would sink in quickly, it has a lovely smell but to be perfectly honest I wouldn't pay the price for something that sits like grease on top of you skin for hours, in fact it was still greasy when I got up, I put more on after my shower just to make sure, but after 3 hours I had to get a cloth and take it off, absolutely none of it sank into my skin, not even on my arms, so I can't see this making any difference to cellulite and fine lines if is doesn't sink in. The cream is pink and quite thick. I really couldn't warrant the price of this product, so I'm sorry to say I wouldn't recommend from my experience.

My wife tried this, with mixed results; however, her final verdict was that it is simply too expensive.“This is a thick product in a pump action bottle. It has a lovely gentle perfume, but it is very greasy. I possibly used too much, as a little goes a long way. As I was not intending to use it straight away, I tried it on the back of my hands, and the result was fantastic. It plumped up my skin and made my hands look at least 10 years younger, so I could not wait to use it elsewhere to see if it had the same effect. It did not.It made the palms of my hands very greasy, as it did not sink into them as well as on the backs of them. I had the same problem using it on my body, and to be honest I can see no difference in cellulite, firmness or stretch marks at all. I have to plan to use it, as it is almost impossible to open the door after applying this as my hands just slip off the handle.I tried it on my feet, and it improved them very slightly; there was rather more effect on my elbows, which are very dry. However, afterwards I left greasy prints where my elbows had rested, and on my clothes, and the socks on my feet were greasy too. I persevered on my body, as the cream sank into it a bit better, so no greasy areas yet.”

My wife tested this so the comments largely reflect her feedback. The claims for this product are wide ranging - anti cellulite, anti stretch marks, firmness and hyper hydrating. Too soon she thought, after only a week to speak of the first two but She was impressed by the effect of the cream on the last two.This product comes in an attractive white and gold box . The container within has a pump motion which is extremely hard to get going. You have to pump vigorously many times before it starts. Once over this first hurdle, however, it is easy to use subsequently. The cream itself has a light, fresh smell, feels rich to the touch and goes onto skin smoothly and easily.There have been some complaints in reviews about its absorption rate being very slow. My wife did not find this at all. Like all moisturising creams it is well to use circular motions with your fingers to encourage absorption. Doing this she found it went into her skin as well as most - better than E45 and certainly as good as Dove or Avon’s Skin so Soft. Doing it after a shower she found it had been absorbed so well that she was able to try on a new dress that had arrived in the post without fear (or any problems). No residue or stickiness remained.Her overall verdict was that she loved this product. It left her skin feeling soft, supple and really hydrated but the best thing is that feeling lasts all day! It has even sorted out her horrible scaly elbows (her expression!) which have proved resistant to most moisturisers in the past. Her thighs and arms do also feel a bit firmer but as to the rest, I guess time will tell.At £83 I would not pretend this product is cheap but it’s not out of line in the higher end cosmetic market. it is certainly a great moisturiser and hydrater and one which my wife says she will be tempted to buy in the future - especially if it was on special offer!

I constantly live in hope of the product that will turn back the years overnight, deal with cellulite and gnerally make me glowing and dewy.Sadly that has not happened. But, my skin looks better, people say how well I am looking (normally that means I have put on weight but I haven't) and it hasn't irritated my skin. I think and feel my cellulite has improved. Actually the sheer fact I think that is good with swimsuit weather here.It is very rich and creamy so you have to leave some time for it to absorb. I use it after a shower and finds it penetrates just fine.It is expensive and I don't think I would use it all year round. Rather I think this is a product I would buy at the beginning of the summer to give things a boost.
