Good quality! Better than me+knife+cuttingboard+saladbowl+tongs to toss+separate storageware
First I'd like to say it is great quality. It's not top-notch but def not flimsy or cheap plastic by any means. I can't even bend any of the plastics and I wouldn't be able to crack them in half even if I tried as hard as possible (maybe I could crack the bowl but it's not going to crack just by using it for salad storage or spinning bc the spinning bowl is a soft movable plastic for that reason, so it can spin without being cracked). It might break along the hinges if you're trying to squeeze down the top on a hard vegetable like potato or onion. Hasn't happened to me but that's about the only place it can break- ON HINGES OR MOVABLE PARTS just like every other machine. The lids do fit (unlike others' complaints) & I think it's great they thought about adding an egg or soft slicer like avocado, and they have every cut possible: Julienne, even a chopper (long chops), a slicer + 3 different dicers (including a QUARTER large dicer, + Tony mince dicers) & TWO graters. My dash slicer doesn't even have all of that. So it's a good product, I just wish they made it dishwasher safe (not sure if it is or not). They clearly wanted it to be good quality to where it doesn't break but not good enough to where it's expensive. If they made it dishwasher safe this would have easily been a $60 product because of everything that it does. Lots of slicers don't have lids + three different bowls + 9 difference slicing options and a salad spinning mechanism as well. For it to be top-notch dishwasher safe quality, it would be a $60 product. They wanted it to be easily purchasable. My KitchenAid mixing bowl set of 3 are thicker and harder plastic than the megachef bowls (but not the megachef plastic surrounding the blades) but they're also extremely expensive, & there's only 3 pieces (3 bowls, nothing else). This has so many different things that they had to skimp on the super high quality plastic to make up for all the other stuff that they're giving you. But it by no means is low-quality or China cheap. it's more on the China cheap side then they a professional $200 mandolin slicer, but it's not a china-made cheap product. If that makes sense it's not attending a cheap product but on the scale of china made up to professional it's cleaning a little bit more towards China. But it's not there yet so you have nothing to worry about cuz it's not even that bad. Listen, I bought this because I saw it at Home Depot and assumed since it was Home Depot it wouldn't be some cheap Amazon/ebay bullcrap made in China with no USA person enforcing higher quality). After I bought it I started reading the reviews and some odd people said it was super cheap, so I thought the moment it got delivered I'd return it. However, after opening it it's not nearly what I thought it'd be. It's worth keeping so I'm going to. It works well, the blades are never going to break or fall out, they're so strongly food in there and the plastic surrounding the blades are so thick and equally strong as my KitchenAid bowls. It also has a rubber rim on the bottom to hold it in place. So they thought of everything. The interchangeable blades have very strong plastic and the blades are very thick strong pieces also, & sharp (not just metal but actual blades with sharpened ends like a knife box cutter, which you can't tell in the picture but it has real blades not just a bunch of square metal pieces). I'm not saying they're not breakable, everything is breakable, but these are not going to fallout or break in half. I read a review of a lady who put it on the floor and took her foot to smush down an onion into the blades and it still didn't break. It did have trouble pushing the onion through but that's because she didn't cut it into smaller pieces (only a professional $200 cutter will be able to slice a whole onion in one push). Certain vegetables are going to have getting through it BECAUSE THE PERSON ISN'T USING IT CORRECTLY (trying to push the top of the megachef bowl on the onion vs using their actually hands with the safety thing between their hands & the onion) or didn't cut it up. It's notunable to cut an onion because it's cheaper flimsy or not sharp. It's very strong the blades do not move their thick and they are sharpens at the top they look like relays and the plastic Smyrna them are extremely strong, so if it's not cutting through an onion it's because the way they designed it or the way the person is using it and simply not cutting it into small enough pieces. I just want to make that clear it has nothing to do with the quality at the Blaine it's about see user the size of the onion and the way they made the blade itself. But are you really not going to use it just because I can't cut a hole on in when it can cut every other thing under the sun? And you can cut it on and all you got to do is put it in two or three pieces. You're really just going to sit there and dice it all by yourself and not use this product? That makes no sense it with a product much easier & safer & cleaner. It's not an professional mandoline slicer at a restaurant or a butcher shop. It's a salad bowl that can cut everything. Cutting potatoes/onions in half before using I thought would be bad but now that I've tried it it's still easier than doing it yourself, plus it all lands in the bowl versus having to switch it from cutting board to bowl. Plus it is safer than a knife, plus you don't need to hand wash your cutting board (mine is high quality bamboo wood, wood can't go in dishwasher or will break or bend). Simply use 1 bowl for salad + these blades, then store the bowl in fridge with lid (no other salad bowls have lids, usually need foil or have to move it into a Tupperware, which causes more dishes), then throw the blades in a light wash on top shelf of dishwasher, don't let it run all the way thru. Without this device you'd have a few more steps than that. Of course you can hand wash it quickly, MUCH easier than scrubbing your cutting board to get that onion smell or meat germs off of it; but if you want it to be somewhat more sanitized then you can throw it on the top shelf light wash, take it out 20min later before the heating cycle begins.

Warranty, washing they don't tell you, lit fit issues, and customer service experience
Only had for about 2 weeks. Spins well. Chops great, as but chopping area is on the smaller side so reuqires some manual cutting first to get veggies small enough for chopper. I'm okay with that.Storage bowl lids don't fit, which several other customers have noted, so if you buy this set, be sure to check that. The one-sided insert that came with it invites customers to "Extend your 90-day warranty" and shows a picture of the product; HOWEVER the "instructions" that it came with state (in something like size 4 font) it only has a 30-day warranty. Customer service informed me that the 90 day warranty is on their electric appliances and that since this isn't electric, it's only a 30 day warranty. The fact that the insert only has this product pictured on it is misleading. Also, nowhere in the included instructions do they say whether it's dishwasher safe or not.Customer service was friendly and easy to understand. They offered to send replacement lids and informed me that all pieces are handwash only. The product listing states that, also. It would be helpful to have that in the actual written instructions.Set does come with an opportunity to extend the 30 day warranty to a full year at no extra cost (with the submission of proof of purchase and proof of product review).I looked for a product out there that does as much as this does; and while there are salad spinners that include slicer and grater attachments, this is the only one with chopping attachments I found. Cabinet space being at a premium in our kitchen, we plan to keep it as long as those replacement lids fit the storage bowls. This is one of few Amazon reviews I've written. I hope it's helpful to anyone considering the purchase.I plan to update this review once we receive the replacement lids.

Flimsy and lids don’t fit
Product is not durable and you have to chop very soft vegetables for it to endure. The blades are all really small, which means by the time you cut your vegetables into the proper size to fit, you may as well finish chopping. Most importantly, the lids do not fit on the bowls as they’re too SMALL!! There’s not even an ability to force them on. I’m sending mine back.
