SXL Expressway Urban Track Bike Fixed/Single Speed (Matte Black, Medium)

Bike is excellent! super light, easy to handle. company is very generous and sent me a new tube when i damaged mine. The bikes most beneficial feature to me is how easy it is to handle. The light weight of the bike makes handling super smooth and easy. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable way to get around in a city or town.

I've only had this bike for a few days and I've already fallen in love with it. I'm using it for college and getting to work and it works perfectly for that. Not all is perfect though; out of the box there was noticeable paint chips and other oddities.- The brake levers on the handle bars controlled the opposite of intended brakes (Right brake lever controlled front brakes, left controlled back).- If handle bars were installed upward, the brake levers would be oriented towards you, not outward as intended.- Mine didn't seem to come with a bolt to screw in the front brakes. (I contacted their support and they were very quick and courteous).I feel like this was one-off and I just got unlucky, but I took it to my local bike shop and they fixed everything up for $60. I still feel like this bike was worth what I paid for, and anyone looking for a simple bike should end their search here. It's plenty fast, looks nice, and quite inexpensive.

Was looking for something reliable to tool around on in addition to my road bikes. Figured all the sub 200 fixies are basically the same but this one has internal cable routing which is much more pleasant to look at than the alternatives like Retrospec. The package arrived earlier than expected with a few small holes which worried me at first, and is really the only thing keeping this from getting 5 stars. Fortunately, there was no damage to the bike at all that I've noticed thus far. Assembly was quick and easy if you've ever assembled any bike. The fit and finish looks very good, I'm looking forward to seeing how it lasts over a long time.It rides very well and is going to be more than quick enough for the average commuter.The bike feels light enough, haven't weighed it but I'd be surprised if it was more than 21lbs. There's plenty of braking power and it is about as comfortable as any aluminum bike as going to be (you feel all the bumps but it's doable). 10 miles breaking it in so far and no issues to speak of. I'm 5'7 and the medium frame fits me well. Provided you put it together correctly I expect this to be a reliable, long lasting bike for anyone interested. The saddle, however, is terrible but I don't knock the product for that as it's the first thing people change anyway and in a pinch it's usable.

The Sxl bike is a great bike although I feel as if it should have a manual including all of its parts and instructions on how to assemble each part including the ones that are assembled, for the new bike owners out there it can be a little confusing if you mess with any of its components because you won’t know how to assemble it back properly. One of my problems was I was trying to fix the front brakes and I couldn’t re-assemble it while the rear breaks after some use the break pads would fully extend back without fixing just a little, when I took it out of the box it came with there were some small parts that were on its bottom and i have no idea what they were use is, maybe extra parts? Aside from all that I am really enjoying the bike so far, hopefully it won’t need any more maintenance.

This bike is such a great buy. It’s very light-weight, the gearing is perfect. I especially love the paint/color, seems like a bike worth upgrading over the years. I’ll update more as I ride.

The only problem with the bike was the packing , my bike came in with a few scratches at the right rear seat stay. Although is a decent bicycle for what you pay for!

item came in good condition and packaging. Easy assemble. Light, nice to ride. My son use for school.
