The taste is complex, and often often with hints of chocolate. A good Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, despite how smooth and mild it tastes, exhibits a bright and vibrant yet smooth acidity, a clean taste with virtually no bitterness, and a bold yet sparkling aroma with a profusion of floral notes and sweet herbal and nutty overtones. Not blue mountain coffee
Does not have any sticker saying that it's 100% Pure Blue Mountain Coffee does not taste does not smell and does not look like other Blue Mountain coffee's that I have in my possession now. I am very disappointed

You know good coffee when you finally taste good coffee!
In the quest to compare coffees from around the world, using a burr grinder and proper temp and brew bloom time, this coffee comes out SMOOTH and delicious. I can say it really does taste like it smells, you can feel the oils and taste the flavor as opposed to just “Yeap that’s coffee”. If you know your coffee this ones worth trying just to see what you think. I did a four person (four different style of coffee drinkers/taste preferences) and all said Hmm, you know, that’s pretty good coffee. No creamer allowed in the taste test!
