Love, not loved...
Wow, the band is thin - wow betide you miss it, when 90c liquid is inside. 1cm thicker, would be much better. The cup is great (I have a minor issue in that it doesn't fit in the vending machine at work - but I blame that on our Facilities management incompetence. They should have known I'd buy an inappropriately sized receptacle for warm liquids.)It works in shops, as the filling is completed by other people - so your hands don't get too hot (unless you miss the 'sliver of protection')Unbelievably I really would recommend this vessel, as if you do throw it in the air, because you think you've burnt yourself - it will last the punishment. And you're not actually burnt, just a wimp!

Made from rice not plastic
I use this for work instead of the disposable nasty cups. This ticks all the boxes for a reusable cup but with no plastic or nasty chemicals to leach in to your drinks. The lid works to not spill as you walk around. Excellent cup.

Easy to use keeps drinks hot
I love this cup!! So much nicer and easier to use than throw away cups . Keeps drinks nice and hot but has nice silicone strip to keep hands from burning!! Also had discounts at 2 retailers so far.

Great re-usable cup
Great product, really easy to clean by hand or dishwasher. Love the face it’s not plastic (or bamboo so can be heated up high temperature frequently)Only suggestion would be to not put the lid & heat protector in the dishwasher due to salt marks

Great coffee cup
Great coffee cup. Very solid and sturdy and although the lid is very light, it works well.

Sucky
I like the fact it's eco-friendly but the lid is a soft plastic which means you sort of suck the tea out of it. Not pleasant.
