Brings butcher block to life
I used this on a new kitchen island as well as older cutting boards and it worked incredibly well on both. Application is simple - pour the oil on the butcher block, then wipe down with a soft cloth. I am amazed at how beautiful my island and cutting boards look after applying the conditioner oil. The oil itself is not too greasy - it is light with no scent to speak of. If I had known the difference it would make, I would have purchased this a long time ago. Great product!

Very good for the price.
Very good for the price. I was surprised at how well it worked on my butcher block and especially my soapstone countertops as they have to be "conditioned" constantly to keep them looking fresh and without the "white look" that the black soapstone gets just from cleaning. I usually use products with beeswax but so far, this is working fine and is about a third to a half of the price of some of the other products.

Product is great, shipping by Amazon horrible.
The product itself is excellent. The shipping by Amazon was terrible. They mailed it in a padded envelope so any pressure on the bottle during shipping caused it to leak out into the padded envelope. I lost about 1/10 of the bottle and couldn't get any help from Amazon as it kept saying to return a leaking bottle of oil. I didn't feel comfortable shipping it back as I felt it might really create a problem leaking everywhere and there was no other option for remediation. Buy the product elsewhere with better packaging.

Best Oil for Protecting your Cutting Board
I have used this oil for years. easy to apply and protects your wood cutting boards perfectly. Really brings out the beauty in the wood also.

Leaky lid
Came in completely wrapped and I'm sure that's the only thing that prevented the bottle from emptiying itself. It was leaking profusely.

This oil is great. I use it on my butcher block bathroom vanity top. It not only cleans up any water spots but protects it. Makes it look brand new.
