Ms Lovely Women's Floral Satin Bridesmaid Robe Short Kimono W/Pockets for Bridal Party

I purchased 2 of theses robes. Silk-like material. Not as soft as real silk but it feels ok for the price. Two slant pockets with a band and loops to tie. The length is to your knee if you are 5ft 6 inches and I ordered large at a weight of 186 lbs. I did not wash them at the time of this review so I gave 4 ****stars.

The robe is very soft and pretty, which is the only reason for two stars instead of one. I like the inner tie to keep the robe in place. However, upon opening, I saw that it was folded around a dirty piece of cardboard that looked greasy. There was a horrible smell to the robe, like some sort of chemical mixed with a musty smell. I didn’t even get to try the outer tie because it smelled so bad I didn’t want to wear it for another minute. There was also a small tear along the seam in the front. I have to return this, which is a shame because it’s actually very cute and the color and print are just as pictured.

I'm very petite (5'0" and right around 100 lbs), so I was nervous this would be yet another potato sack, in terms of fit. It wasn't. First of all, I LOVE that it has pockets! They're very subtle slit pockets, so they don't show, but it's way more practical than a robe with no pockets. Also the inner tie helps keep you from falling out of it, as the outer tie inevitably comes a little loose. The material is lightweight, but traps enough heat that I don't get chilled around the house, like I do in a tank top and shorts. The robe is modest enough that I can answer the door in it if need be, but my boyfriend thinks it looks sexy when I wear it in front of him - which is a total bonus, b/c it's so easy and comfortable, it doesn't feel like scratchy lingerie or a g-string wedgie up your butt. Insanely low price too.

Nice and lightweight and good length

I wanted a robe for summer just to cover up in the mornings, etc. Of course I have traditional warm winter robes but I totally love this robe! Love that it has pockets and is above my knee but not too short that my bottom is hanging out ( I can wear it out on my porch to get the mail)...Material is nice and overall I am so happy with purchase. Reason for 4 stars is I have not washed it yet, only tried on.

Comfortable

This is the perfect getting ready robe! I bought the pink floral robe and it is beautiful! Love getting all dolled up while wearing it. I think you’ll love it too!

I love the robe, I just should have ordered a larger size. It fits, but I would have liked it a little roomier. I am of 5’ 7” and 140 lbs and the M/L I feel runs a little small.
