If spending $10 a month will get rid of the majority of my anxiety, I will take it. This product helps me so much. I love that it's natural. I have been taking it for two months and don't think I could go without it.

I honestly can't say I have felt the effects of this product, but I can say that no matter what I try, it leaves a strong taste in my mouth. It's very unpleasant. I've tried taking it with different drinks, holding my breath, and swallowing as fast as I possibly can. No matter what though it leaves this horrible taste behind. I've never experienced this with any other pill ever I should note.

I am my most anxious at night so I take these and it helps me calm my nerves and restlessness. Would recommend.

Been using this for the past month and just ordered more today. For $6.99 I wasn’t expecting it to do much because I have severe anxiety and panic attacks out of nowhere almost every day. Once I take it I’d say it’s about 30 mins and I feel way better. Only downside for me personally is that it doesn’t last all day. The caution on the back says not to take more than recommended dose, But why is that? Because if it’s safe to take like 3 a day then I need to. Has anyone who has purchased this taken more than 2 a day?

This stuff is okay but it's never in stock so after I used it for 30 some days and it started to work I needed to buy more and the product wasn't available. Bummer

Seems to be working good with my anxiety. Been on medication for years and wanted something natural.

Couldn’t tell much of a difference in making me calm.I’ve used Xanax before and it worked wa red something more natural and affordable w no RX.
