This is a beautiful sounding instrument that takes a lot of time and patience to aquire a good tone.The instrument was delivered in a box with loose packaging, however overall it was in great condition.My only gripe is that it did not come with a carrying case or sleeve to protect it.In the future it would be nice if they included some basic instructions on general upkeep and maintenance of the instrument. For instance using apricot oil to keep the wood from splitting and when and how to use the bridle on the reed (ghamish).Overall a great product and if I need any additional reeds, I will consider purchasing from here again.
