Love the shampoo, unfortunately the packaging was not great. It was in a plastic bag but no packing around it. Leaked in the bag a significant amount of product and the pump does not work😒

Not the actual product inside.
I just opened this to pour into a travel bottle that already had the product in it. It is not even the same color! Yellowish instead of clear!!
