This amplifier is terrible. Maybe its just me because my ears are small, but this amplifier is obnoxiously large and doesnt stay in you ear. it had huge writing on both sides, i just shaved it off with a knife easily. The sound quality is not too bad, but that pro is outweighed by the appearance and feel of it. Its made of cheap plastic and the batteries die quickly. Dont buy this. fork over ten extra dollars for something of more quality. This was not worth the money. DO NOT BUY!

Worked OK but ear extension not long enough. Kept falling out of ear. Would not recommend because of that. Piece has to dangle from ear to work.

Love these Woodland Whispers! Best thing ever to wear on my hikes into the woods! I have expensive hearing aids - one for each ear - but, I have to say: these little Woodlanda amplify WAY BETTER! Asked the audiologist "Why? are these so much better than the ones I paid $1000 each for??? I received a long, stuttering 'non-answer'. So, there you have it! Well worth the money are the Woodland Whispers!

This thing is large and gaudy- not to mention it doesn't match the picture. It's got giant writing on the side proclaiming what it is and the name "brand" if you will (which you conveniently cannot see in the picture of the product here on Amazon). Not exactly something that should be loudly advertised. I should have sprung for the extra $20 the first time around and got something a little nicer. Perhaps if I purchased this for the intended purpose, which in this case is obviously stalking Bambi with a rifle, then I wouldn't mind. It would be the least of Bambi's concerns, right? But alas... my intent was to improve my hearing ability in a much more urban environment. So I'm cheap and it bit me in the tail.Honestly I have no idea how well the item works because I was so horrified by the appearance I didn't want to take the time to pry open the indestructible plastic package.

I been using this for 3 days this is a back up hearing aid untill you get your one fixed it will do the job i have only one ear that works. The hearing in my other ear is not that great so iam really hard of hearing without a hearing i cant get by without one . If you dont have much money to spend get this one. Dont push the bud right in the ear its just meant to sit on the outside and it holds ok. You get 3 buds so one will fit you. I think its pretty good for the money. But do buy the longer lasting batteries in walmart they are just over 7 bucks for 8 of them and they last 100 hours for each batt. Also the picture is the same as the item mine is anyway. Good luck

I do not know how this product works, I'm writing this review and giving it 5 stars based on the fact that it was a GAG-Gift for my father-in-law and that's it! He and everyone else thought it was hilarious; he has refused to try it and I'm sure it has ended up in the garbage...I don't really know.
