These are pretty good clamps that fit perfectly over something like 5/16" fuel hose. They also allow you to use a Phillips head, flat-head, or socket wrench to tighten, which is nice. When you consider how much just one goes for at the car parts store, plus the time to get there and back, it made sense in my case just to buy a pack of them. One pic shows a clamp going over a 5/16" fuel hose. The other one shows the ten clamps included in the box, and if you zoom in, it shows the Phillips/Flat-head slots.

Well built and very handy especially if you have things like lawn mowers or lawn tractors, electric generators. Many of the OEM clamps are like thin wire paper clips and I have found often come loose. These you can snug up nice and tight (not too tight) so they will stay put and seal the connection. Also reusable ... and always hand to have a few of these in the tool box.

In our business of restoring antique and classic vehicles, we are always looking for Good AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS that are of quality, and for a fair price. This company has fulfilled all expectations. Our local shops do not want to carry USA made hose clamps, and pawn off the cheap, inferior (foreign made) products. They are truly not worth buying.It is nice to know we can now go on Amazon and find GREAT AMERICAN products that our Good Old American Made vehicles need, so we can safely drive them knowing they have the Best Items available. Works for both 3/8" and 5/16" beer and CO2 lines. It has both flat and cross tip in the head. But, the cross tip is too small to get any leverage on it. the flat tip blade worked much better. A couple seemed to not be a solid 1/4" bit also. They slipped when I got to the really tight point. None broke and none stripped. So I call that a success with such small things.

There were many reviews saying that these weren't that strong and they stripped easily. I disagree, you can get plenty of tension on these without them stripping. If you're tightening these to the breaking point then you're over tightening or using the wrong sized clamp I used them for vacuum hoses in a car and they were perfect, much better than the generic ones I got in a variety set from the hardware store.

Used these to retain food grade viynl tubing from my water source to my cooler for those ,90 and 100 degree days here in the Northern Nevada desert. Did have steel tubing that lasted less than a year and split! These not only worked great but enabled me to remove the vinyl tubeing in about five minutes for winter with not damage to the clamps or the tubingl

It is a good clamp if you aren't planning to adjust as time goes on. The screw that tightens it eventually wears out if you have to unhook and tighten your hose from time to time

These are very high quality. They barely fit over 3/8 id hose but they will. I used these when replacing pcv lines, and installing a transmission cooler and power steering cooler on my car. They get very tight without slipping. I'll order again when needed.
