Can this product used on new porcelain sinks?

Not sure. For best answer I would contact customer support at Miracle Sealants, 1-800-350-1901. I used product on honed granite and it worked very well.

How to recoat over existing 511

If all that's on there is 511, I've never noticed any problem putting more on later.

Is this product better for marble tile floor than the Impregnator Sealer? Would this be worthwhile as a third coat or wouldnt work?

Honestly they would both work. I'm not sure what you mean by third coat. You wouldn't want to apply this over a different product that creates the hard later over the surface. It should be used with other impregnating sealers. ***I'm not a pro, just an informed user

How long does the Sealer last?

It depends on what you are sealing, the amount of exposure to traffic, and if the product is installed inside or outside. I use the product on marble floors, inside near doorway to the outside I reseal every 4 years, outside I reseal every other year, inside I have not resealed in 10 years.
