I don't normally have issues sleeping but I like the idea of having something that I can rely on to help me sleep or allow me to get a better night's rest if I feel that I need it, so long as it isn't any type of drug. This drink seems to fit the bill after a few uses.First, the drink works. I've used it a few times now and typically by 15 to 20 minutes, I start to feel sleepy. Not groggy, lethargic or medicated, but genuinely sleepy. Again, I do not typically have trouble sleeping, but I've used it a few times when I wanted to sleep a few hours earlier and a twice when I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep. The drink worked in both scenarios.Second, the drink is actually tasty. No fizzle or carbonation. It's very smooth and light and natural tasting. It's sort of a berry/raspberry taste. It's tasty enough that I would drink it casually during the day if it didn't actually make me sleepy. It doesn't have any chemical type of taste that you get with energy drinks nor does it have that sticky feeling you get from soda.Third, it seems pretty healthy. I've opted for the zero sugar version because of a pre-diabetes diagnoses and so far so good.So far so good.

Som sleep has helped me tremendously! I have had far fewer sleepless nights and have fallen asleep so much faster! I would highly recommend this product! I prefer the sugar free option. Great flavor!

not sure how i feel about this. one night it works very well and another it keeps me up all night. idk if anyone else had this. the taste of the drink is good, not too sweet either. it’s smooth.

Probably pricier than it should be but still worth trying if you haven't. I split a can to make it last two nights but sometimes hard to do, they got the flavor down right. Both original and sugar free are good. Could be a placebo but seem to sleep better so that means it's working.

I was having problems falling asleep. I was really hoping these drinks would help. At first they did seem to make you drowsy, however, it did not help with sleep. The taste was good, berry flavored. I gave it three stars because of taste and will relax and make you drowsy.

I have suffered from insomnia for most of my life. I have tried everything possible. I have used natural remedies, sleep rituals, melatonin, etc. and even have used allergy medicine to get sleep when I was desperate. I had just resigned myself to the fact that I was just going to never sleep more than 3 to 4 hours a night. My husband found an article in his sports illustrated magazine about basketball players drinking Som to get to sleep when they were on the road and traveling between games. The article was very descriptive about exactly what was in it. I particularly liked what it said about the ingredients having a three-tiered approach to promoting healthy sleep. I ordered the sugar-free version and have been drinking one can prior to bed every night. The sugar-free tastes great (no aftertaste at all not anything like you think a sugarfree drink will taste) It works *exactly* like it says, I can’t tell you how relieved I am to have finally found something that helps me sleep after a lifetime of being exhausted. I’ve told all my friends; I share it with everyone I can. It is natural and it works exactly the way it says. If you have any trouble sleeping this is absolutely worth trying.

Ive tried all the drinks, shots, tablets etc. this one tastes decent and works about as well as the others. Its nice that its a smaller can vs a full 12oz vs some of the others so you wont be going to the bathroom “as much” in middle of the night
