This tool works incredibly well when you need to get your nuts off!!I use it almost daily....The use of these universal oscillating tools is very satisfying experience even to the most inexperienced. Even if its your first time to use a vibrating tool it don't take very long to achieve total satisfaction! !They also work equally well dealing with Hard Wood.... in fact if you have Hard Wood the vibrating action and sharp durable teeth yields very satisfying results.These blade and a good vibrator are a necessity when working with Wood, Fiberglass and Rusty Marine enginesI highly recommend them and have purchased these blades many times....

These are very well made blades. There is nothing flimsy any where in the blade assembly nor int the Fein tool itself, but the cutting edge gets battered and dulled more quickly than I'd like on the blades that say they will cut nails.They will cut nails, small ones brads and staples easily probably not some of the the bigger ones and not bigger stainless steel nails. You cut nails with these at the price of going thru blades at a rate that makes the over all blade assemblies sturdiness seem like overkill. If the edge does not last long, what is the point of a battleship multipart blade assembly design that makes the blade more expensive? I would buy a simply cheaper blade that says it can cut nails if it works as well, or a Fein blade if when you do cut nails the blades lasted longer than they do. These are they are an expensive and seemingly wasteful way to cut nails. Use them on box or common nails as your cutter of last resort. Your wallet will be fatter for it.

Fein Oscillating Saw Blade seem to be made of the best steel

So I bought a Bosch multitool. Yeah, I know... But it's actually pretty decent. My problem was that just a couple months after buying it, Bosch doubled their price on their blades. I literally stopped using the tool because I didn't want to pay their extortionist prices. I looked at the Fein blades several times but didn't jump until recently, because I knew if I bought them I'd use them to cut metal in a pinch and looking at the geometry of the blades, I didn't think they'd hold up.I was wrong, they cut nails and screws just fine when you turn the speed down so the blade doesn't overheat. Doesn't knock the teeth off like Bosch's carbide blades, and doesn't dull them in a single cut like the cheapos. I'll be buying Fein blades from now on, with the occasional wood cutting blade from Bosch because that's the one thing they got right.Shame Fein is owned by Bosch now. Hopefully they don't screw this up like they did Bosch's blades.

It's hard to find a great multi tool blade that lasts, and yet doesn't cost an arm and a leg! These are the real deal. Yes, they cost more than bargain brands; but you know what, they last a lot longer than bargain brands. Go with the best and you will rarely be disappointed! I for one, am a very satisfied customer.

The Japanese style blade works great as a flush cut blade. It doesn’t cut or score the wood being used as a guide to cut off wooden plugs and the likes. I used it to notch 1-1/2” hickory treads and it still cuts like new!!!

I've been using these blades at work for years and I love them. They can extra deep compared to regular blades, and the way the end of the blade is shaped, allows for more types of cutting. I only buy this style of blade. Unfortunately, I think that they are over priced, but I can't find anyone else that makes this type of blade with the star attachment. You have to pay for the name.
