Can i now get a replacement?
I bought this bike for my 9 year old daughter months ago as an Xmas present, stored away safely only to open it & find the forks were bent inwards,now I find returns ended 2nd of December, please advise

very good up until the steering column broke while being ridden. overall an ok product but evidently not reliable.

Parts missing
Seriously not happy. Got my son this for a Christmas present. Christmas Eve putting the bike together an they didn’t give me the screw for hosvseat now my child has a present he can’t even play with.
