BSHTU Mini USB Cable Spiral Coiled USB 2.0-A to Mini-B 5-Pin Data Sync & Charger Lead Connector(3 Meter)

I had a bit of trouble figuring out from the descriptions and comments just how long this cable actually was. Until I bought two of them. First, there is NO WAY this cable can reach/stretch to anywhere near 3 meters. (And, yes, I DID order the 3-meter version.) I believe the seller must have meant to say 3 FEET. At one point the seller's description says "Approx 3 MeterCable length : 35cm." And 35cm is just under 14 inches.As I measured it and photographed it, the coiled section is right-at 12" and then there is a straight 2"-3" or so on each end. So, un-stretched, count it at about 16" in total. I pulled just the coiled section out to about 24" or so and, at that point, it really 'wanted very badly to snap-back' into its coiled position. Enough so that it would likely be trying to jerk on your electronic device and/or unplug from it.So I'd say plan on a 'normal' reach of about 16" with 'enough give' to add about another 6" or so without there being much of an issue.I do believe you could FORCE the coiled section to pull out to maybe 36" but it's not really built to do that. I think that if you did pull it out that much, that would be so much of a stretch that it would cause the cable to not even coil up back right again.Turns out this was just the right length for my application. I needed a cable that would store compactly … and would reach about 16" or so, maybe a bit more, whenever I took it out to use it.I've only owned them briefly, but during the little use they have seen, they have functioned without issue.

Exactly what I needed. I use this for connecting a remote trigger for my Canon DSLR. Not sure about the other reviewers comments. Know what you are buying before you buy it. Yes it is short and not very stretchable...because that is what it is mean to be. In my situation, that is what i needed for my camera. It works great

Mini-usb is not the best cable for a device that needs to be disconnected and reconnected often. It'll degrade so this is best used for a device that will stay in on place.It's good enough for what it is, but only time will tell if the plastic used to wrap the cable is sturdy enough.

What can I say? It just works. I'm using this for when I take my mechanical keyboard with my Surface on the go, and both ends plug in and out of the devices perfectly fine. The cable stays coiled and doesn't stretch out or unwind or get tangled or anything.

Wanted this for my mechanical keyboard, but it is much too small. I should have read the specs better. Not sure what this would be useful for at this size.

Is stretchy and worked as described. Only thing to remember is that if you stretch the cord too much it can pull itself out of the plug.

Cheap quality cable, very very short and not flexible to stretch.

Perfect for my dash cam...

Wire gauge is not up to spec for power charging and cable length is only 3 feet not 1 meter
