Mot much to report as I have not used it yet
I purchased this item to use in our bug out kit. I have not yet had an opportunity to try it out so I can not really comment on it right now. I'll edit this once I have used the filter straw.As for the seller, the item seemed reasonably priced and arrived in perfect shape a day earlier than expected.Overall, I'll give this item 4 stars until I have a chance use it.

Drinking water for hunting in the mountains
I have not tried this yet. I plan to take it hunting in Idaho and Alberta this fall. From other reviews I expect it will work fine and protect me from gurardia (SP) while allowing me to drink from all sources easily without chemicals or other convoluted methods.
