The concept of the book is amazing and the workbook is a very handy tool too.there is a line that I'm loosely quoting from memory something like...if you prefer saying Jesus Christ in place of higher power feel free to do so (the book defaults higher power).Some may value the author’s mainstream approach and some will feel the power source is lacking in the book by not including Jesus’ name in text based on past reviews I’ve read a mix of both.I encourage anyone seeking healing to discover why Jesus’ name in prayer is the highest of higher powers.

A key part of healing is to accept the emotions that drive you consciously or unconsciously to take action. Ms. Truman offers a treasure trove of transformative activities that allow you to stay in touch with who you really are.... Beloved and perfectly and wonderfully made in God's Image! As silly as it sounds, writing simple statements as a ritual consistent with biblical principles delivered me in ways that was so unexpected. I have forgiven myself and others by making it a conscious priority to do so. 490 times is all it took...to override years of misery and bondage. This is the ultimate how-to-- book..for getting out of your own way

I have had Karol's book, Feelings Buried Alive Never Die for some time now, and when I saw this one, I had to have it. It is a well written bookthat takes you through the process of wholeness and healing from painful memories and emotions. It explains how important the process isof not only forgiving others, but receiving forgiveness from the Father so one can walk in truth and freedom. Good read.

Karol Truman touches your heart and your spirit to help you be a better "you". I was in a book club with this book and another one of her books, "Feelings Buried Alive....Never Die". I learned so much about myself. I recommend both books as they go "hand-in-hand" with each other.

I ordered this book as I had enjoyed the other book by this author titled Feelings. Unfortunately for me, this was much more Christian/God focused that I cared for. It simply does not align well with my spiritual beliefs. Content-wise it was 'ok'. I can't really say more but I do think my opinion is correlated with the fact that every association to christianity left a bad taste for me. I gave it to my Mom who is much more aligned with traditional christianity and she really likes it... so to each his/her own.

If you are looking to move forward in your life with a lighter heart, this is for you. Karol Truman put her heart in this book so you can put your heart on all that you do.

This book is a solid follow-on title to Ms. Truman's book  Feelings Buried Alive Never Die . It brings some enhanced content to the table, but still relies heavily on the foundation of the previous work. To get the maximum benefit from this work my recommendation would be to first read her initial book, and then read this one.

Continuation of her book, Feelings Buried Alive, Never Die. If you are on a journey to change your life and your reaction to it, then you need this book.

This book is a wonderful sequel to "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die". It's a must read to really absorb the intentions of what this book is meant for. It is really helping me help myself become the person I have much longed for. I am very grateful!RMC
