You may need to know how to set it up.
Very interesting PC. When I got it, it looked new. Came on quick. Had Windows 10 but I quickly installed Windows 7 Professional. Wiped out the chipset driver. :D So after installing crucial Microsoft updates, I reinstalled the Radeon driver from the site. Oh boy. I play DDO (Dungeons & Dragons Online). Ultra HD graphics, post processing, 1920x1080 resolution, 60 FPS, I WANT ANOTHER!!!! :D I wish I could buy 3 more. I read a lot of complaints. I doubt you know how to set it up. Very good PC for the price. I recommend for the tight wallet customer. :) Thank you. I hope to do business with you again. Hopefully really soon. Would like to buy the same board with the same processor separate for a dead gaming PC I have.

Do not buy!!!
I don’t know how they can call it a gaming Computer. I’m literally getting five FPS in Fortnite. I’m never buying a shinobee computer again

Very Dissapointed
After reading the reviews I decided to give this machine a shot. Although I am not a gamer, the price and features were right.Out of the box there was no power. I tried different cords, different surge protector, and a different outlet. Nothing. I then emailed the address provided and 24 hours later I have had no response. Very poor customer service.I will not be purchasing again.

Pretty solid PC for the price, but not for gaming
I was honestly pretty skeptical of buying this PC because of other reviews, but after my laptop gave out on me I didn't have much choice. I've had it for about a month now and I don't regret it. It blue screened twice the first day, but after going through all of the Windows and AMD Driver updates I haven't had any issues. Some important things to note:The instructions are in German, for some reason. Doesn't really impact the computer, but thought I should mention it.There is no internal sound card, meaning you need an external microphone and speakers in order to hear anything or use it for Discord/Skype/etc.The graphics card isn't....great. The space inside the case is pretty small, so be prepared to either purchase a smaller card to install or to jiggle things around to get a fit.All in all, though this is a decent everyday PC, this isn't optimal for gaming at all. The graphics card is beyond out of date, and you'd be better off buying something newer/pricier rather than try to upgrade this one - as both the motherboard and power supply are outdated, as well.

Out of box failure
The product did not work out of the box. The customer support was responsive, however, they wanted me to open the unit and troubleshoot the problem. The labeling for power requirements were not accurate on the back of the unit.

Great for the money
I bought this to put away for Christmas for my kids. They play steam games and the laptops their dad got them lag very bad because they are not made for gaming. I got all of the games downloaded and played them all to make sure they all work properly and they do!! I’m not sure about other games they will want to download so I’ll update after they get new ones downloaded.

Get a graphics card
You'll be needing a graphics card with this. It only has onboard graphics from the less than stellar Biostar motherboard. I added a Radeon Rx560 and it will handle just about any game I've tried to play now. Although I didn't buy it as a gaming computer, I wanted to be able to play a few games if I wanted. If you are looking specifically for a gaming rig, I'd suggest piecing it together.

Fairly Good for Price
I’ve used this PC for gaming within the few days I’ve had it in my possession. I like the quality of the pc for price. I was a bit disappointed that an A-10 8750 was advertised but I received a 7700k but, the games I play aren’t that demanding so I can live with it. When i first received it the fan sounded like a chainsaw grinding wood but after a few hours the issue resolved itself. There was also an issue with the wireless adapter even after I installed the software but with time the issue resolved itself. So basically be patient after first getting the PC and things will go smoothly in about 24 hours.
