The Novosbed Soft (Queen)

I purchased a Queen Novosbed soft directly from their website and obviously they won't let me post an accurate review.The mattress was great for about two months. Then the mattress started to give me pain in my hips and lower back that was so bad I was forced to sleep on my couch.I contacted customer support telling them what was happened to me and they suggested I order the soft comfort+ and I ordered one the same day. Once the comfort+ came in I tried to sleep on it and it made things worse! When I contacted customer support next they looked at my chat and knew that I should have ordered the firm comfort+ based on the pain I was feeling.Great now that I have the answer, I requested that they send me a firm comfort+ and I'll ship back the soft. Unfortunately no, they can only send out one comfort+, never mind that customer support made a huge mistake and told me to get the wrong one.I've contacted support many times and they adamantly refuse to acknowledge their mistake and help me.Now I have a mattress that I can't sleep on I also have a useless mattress topper in my closet that I've only used once.Avoid Novosbed.

I bought this bed directly from Novosbed and not Amazon. And I gave it 5 stars because of the AWESOME customer service, even though the bed did not work out for me. This bed is very well made. my husband broke his back some years ago and it's hard for him to get comfortable. We decided to try a foam mattress to see if that worked better for him than a conventional mattress. unfortunately, it did not. We did get a soft comfort adjustment which made the bed softer and actually cooler, but it wasn't enough. We did ask for a refund. Novosbed was awesome to deal with. Within just a couple of days of requesting a refund, a local charity came and got the mattress and a refund was issued. I really do love the customer service. this company did everything they promised they would. so the mattress I give a 5 on quality, a 3 on comfort and customer service gets a 5.
