The Art of Microblading

This book seems like it was written by a converted sailor as the language is a bit colorful but at the same time is very earnest and frank. The title is terrible as this book has nothing to do with "The Art of Microblading" and has everything to do with "The Business of Microblading", which is what it should be renamed. The information contained within this book, however, is the incredibly valuable kind of make-it or break-it information that everybody in the beauty industry should understand before they begin. So, valuable information for sure, just not information that tightly pertains to the title of the book. Should you buy this book to understand the beauty biz? Absolutely! Should you buy this book to learn how to microblade? Absolutely not!

Irina - Thank you for writing this book. It has inspired me to bring my business to the next level. Your book is so real and relatable to many for sure. In August 2017, I took over my sister's salon because she no longer has the time to manage it. Without any prior experience, I didn't hesitate and said yes! I know, it was an insane decision, but I am glad I made that decision. I am now ready to expand services in my salon and I can't wait to take the microblading course. I love all the secrets you shared in the book, but what stood out to me most and I can use for the salon are social media and SEO. Again, thank you for sharing. I wish you the best!

I think it’s an interesbook only on how to market your business

Irina is such an inspiration and so motivating to anyone that has had the pleasure of meeting her. One of her goals is to make women feel confident, radiant, and beautiful, and you as a person. And to also give women the freedom, thru being permanent makeup artist to deliver this gift to give to other women. She has invested her own money and years to developing strategies and tactics to market in ways that helped propel her and her business forward. And now she wants to share with everyone! ☺️ IRINA is definitely a good one to know how to promote your business, elevate your advertising, and bring in millions.

I’m new to the whole microblading thing so i bought this book just to be more informed on how to market business. I honestly didn’t learn anything different than what i could have found on the internet myself.

I never write reviews but had to for this book. It was awesome and very specific first and foremost. I’ve been Microblading for almost a year and have had to learn by trial and error how to market myself effectively. She gives a clear cut blueprint to follow for success. The strategies make sense so I am confident I can replicate that for my business.This book is well written and a very easy read. I finished in 2 hours and started applying her recommendations to my business immediately.

What I love about this read is that its represents a high degree of work ethic, what it takes to mastering microblading, and building a brand and business. You will get actions to take AND an inspiring message all in one. Its all about building your very own empire and its amazing to see powerful women and what it takes to get to the top.

Poorly written, grammatical errors everywhere, many blank pages to pad the book. There is no instruction on microblading at all. This is not a book it is a long winded brag/gripe insta post on paper. Many many irresponsible suggestions like making sure to spend $3k-$5k on a website, using 40% of profit to market. Most of what I read was a young woman bragging about how she made money by doubling her charges every few months and using Groupon to her advantage. Save time and money and don't waste either on this book. I've added her last pages which is basically the point of the post.

Not a great read, bought as a gift for a friend. Before I wrapped it I had a quick glance through, hoping to find marketing tips, industry tips and ideas for getting new clients. Not really the best author either. Writing style is a lack lustre with professionalism.

Amazing book definitely worth buying if newly qualified
