Good bang for your buck.

Can someone PLEASE contact me? I've tried contacting this seller on multiple sites and have had issues. I love this rig but I recently had 3 pieces break/fall off. I would just like THESE small pieces replaced. Can ANYONE tell me how I can replace these small items (screws) instead of spending more money on a whole new rig? The only website is in Chinese there's no contact information - I'm extremely frustrated because I'm loosing jobs.

The rig has worked wonderfully, I have run through numerous tests over the past couple weeks and taken it out on a couple shoots, dance video, concert. It has held up and keeps the movements very smooth.
