I have purchased several of these crosses as gifts. I rub them in some butcher block oil or cream to bring out the grain and allow to dry before wrapping up in pouch. Often hand to grieved ones at visitations as something to hold on to - especially in this time of limited in- person support.

This makes a great gift to any of your Christian friends. Especially for anyone that is battling illness. It gives them great comfort to hold in their hand.

It was calling lil up on price. However it was a nice gift.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIZE. 4 INCHES TALL.I was looking for a pocket cross to give away to some friends. But this is not small enough to carry in a pocket. Its thick and big for your hand to fit around and not close. Other than that they are cute and I still plan to give them away. Thought that counts!

A great improvement to the item would be to include a special scripture :Psalm 56:3An enhancement to the handheld cross would be to include a wonderful scripture especially for the sick or dying: Psalm 56:3"When I am afraid, I will trust in You." No better time to be reminded of that.
