This is a nice looking product and had been very functional
This item was received as described. I purchased this on to replace the 7 year old one that I had on my truck. This is a nice looking product and had been very functional. I recommend this item.

Pros Perfect fit for my 08 Titan
ProsPerfect fit for my 08 Titan. Easy install with the right tools and it looks really good. It also comes with replacement bolts like the ones you'll have to remove from your truck in case you damage them while removing.ConsFlimsy skid plate that would not practically protect anything. The Bar itself seems pretty light weight too and probably wouldn't stand up to any sort of abuse, especially the finish. For example, my plan was to use the bar as a tie off point if I ever need to be pulled out, but I'm nervous about pulling from the top of the bar. It would probably bend pretty easily in that situation, so my plan is to wrap the tow strap around the very bottoms where the tow hooks would have been to reduce that fulcrum. If you have any age on your truck, you're going to want to spray some penetrating oil down through the holes in your frame onto the threads of your old bolts a little beforehand, so that they come out easier. Have a 17mm ratcheting box end wrench that's long enough to put some azz into it while breaking the front bolts. I used the double wrench technique as a cheater to break them loose. The back bolts are 17mm too, but you're going to need a breaker bar with an extension at least 5" long to get to those. Once you break them you can finish backing them out with the ratchet. That's the hard part. Installing the bar is just a matter of putting it in place and putting the 4 bolts back in. On the front bolts, you'll be able to reuse the factory ones if you want. The factory bolts for the back aren't long enough though, so you'll have to use the ones supplied with the bar. Remove the trucks skid plate for easier ratcheting on the front bolts when tightening up. Once the bar is in place the only way to tighten them is from underneath and the skid plate really gets in the way. That's pretty much it.

Looked good on my truck
Looked good on my truck. Had a few small dents in tubing where it bolts up but you would have to lay down to see it so overall happy

Very difficult install
Nearly impossible to install front bolts on Nissan Titan as bumper is in the way. And bumper has to be on in order to install. Had to use metal hole saw to create holes on under side of bumper in order to attach front bolts.
