Hot Wheels: From 0 to 50 at 1:64 Scale

I am/have been a Hot Wheels collector for 31 years. This was a must have book for me. I have met Larry wood so his intro is special to me. Its a great book with tons of insight. If you are an HW fan, this is the book for you!

Heard about this book on the History Channel episode 'Toy Cars Wars' from the series 'The Toys That Built America'. The episode chronicled the joined history of Lesney's Matchbox cars and Elliot Handler's Hot Wheels.

This book is so amazing! My husband was so happy with it! Its so cool cause it comes in a case like the car cases he had when he was a kid! So its very nostalgic!

Overall, a nice read. Some excellent photos. Was hoping for more detailed information on the actual models.

Gift for grandchild.

My kid loves this book. However if you’ve got a kid that’s huge on cars, they might identify the wrong name on the vehicle like mine did. My 8 year old pointed out the book claimed the car is a mustang when it’s not, it’s actually a Camaro.

Although my son asked for this he didn’t realise it was available. He started reading it almost immediately and was very pleased with it. It was a book inside a plastic case from what I remember.

Hotwheel obsessed son adores it. He is fascinated by the cars and loves reading about the history.
