Doctors orders -- sleep a solid 7-8 + hours and then I can work out like an athlete in training.My lab test showed that my adrenals were in decline. I was exhausted and unable to sleep, yet pounded the treadmill or cardio floor at the gym like nobody's business. He said by working out without adequate rest that I was damaging my body even more. My prescription: mild exercise (like walking, yoga, and pilates) until I nurtured my adrenals back to health. Continuing to train like an "Olympian" kept me wired in that "flight" mode from the proverbial lions.Enter my focus on getting more sleep .... I am a side sleeper (particularly on the right side). When I hug this pillow I can feel my heart sooth and mind calm down instantly. My shoulders (which are wide and tend to be strained) and hips also feel relaxed upon awakening. They used to ache and were sore, and it took me 15 min of AM stretches to feel ok again.This pillow has been a critical part in my journey back to health by giving me a solid rest, and I think the organic materials have helped calm my nerves -- which are high due to a stressful job and balancing a lot in my personal life.I am now sleeping more solid now (like 6-7 hours, as opposed to 3-4 hours!). More mental destressing before bed will surely help get me to 7-8 hours. Based on my recovery (in a short time frame...with this being the only new fix), I have to say that this pillow is a must have for the insomniac, athlete, or side sleeper. You're worth the investment.

This turned out to be an excellent gift for my husband who struggles to get comfortable with various pillows at night. It's super sloft, gently supportive, and just the right width and length (he's 6'1"). I use to king pillow cases end-to-end to cover it. I am concerned about the welfare of all animals and hope that the name "Holy Lamb," means shearing practices are exceptionally humane . Gentle souls, who give the coats off their backs, deserve the utmost gratitude, kindness and respect. Thank you.

It took me forever to find a body pillow that was actually non toxic and comfortable. This is the one! It’s a little short but so am I. Helps keep me from rolling on my back during this pregnancy. It’s very comfy!

i purchased this pillow to be used as a brace while i slept as many of us do with bad backs. the pillow is really made well, the sense of using organic wool instead of cheap synthetics is nice. BUT! the pillow has little to no loft? the sellers Gone Green did all they could do to help me, as well as shipped fast, but the people at Holy Lamb hemmed and hawed at making the sale right, they finally stated that they would atddmore filling if i would pay for shipping there and back as well as pay for the additional fill? CUSTOMER SERVICE?? i think not. the pillow is fine if you use it as a security blanket, not much use for a bad back. too bad, american companies are always screaming BUY AMERICAN and i do when at all possible. but customer service like this tends to push people away.

Purchased the full size body pillow to use as a pregnancy pillow. I’d say it’s a medium density pillow - not too thin, but also not too full/firm as another reviewer mentioned. Personally, I found it very comfortable to use and the right amount of support. The organic cotton cover is incredibly soft. I’m extremely sensitive to odors and even some organic products still have a smell that bother me but that’s not the case with this pillow - there is no scent at all. I wish it wasn’t quite so expensive but you do get what you pay for (high quality) and I think it’s worth the investment for a comfortable sleep.

I love this pillow to use between my knees when I lay on my side. It breathable and I am not getting overheated, I just think this pillow is overpriced
