Niman Ranch Uncured Sausage, Andouille - No Sugar, 0.75 lb

My husband and I are on a keto diet. It's difficult to find sausages without sugar and dextrose, or other starchy bulking agents. Also, it's a plus that these are pork sausages rather than chicken. No offense to the noble chicken, but I've never tasted a chicken sausage that was half as flavorful as a pork or beef sausage. The sausage has a nice a snap when cooked. I love it.These sausages are delicious, fit our macros, and the ingredients are exactly what I'm looking for - simple and no unnecessary carbs.I've been ordering a pack every week. They make for an easy dinner. I usually bake them, but sometimes I prepare them on my counter top grill.I can't find a single thing to complain about this product.

Excellent sausage. Not overly fatty, a plus that they are free of sugar and other things. We used them in our chicken/shrimp/ham/sausage gumbo. If you're someone who likes mild to no spicy/heat things, you might find these hot/spicy. If you eat jalapenos on things, you might find these medium heat. Highly recommend.

I eat these for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are tasty, not too spicy, and they cook up quickly. Life, or well... sausage... doesn't get much better.

What a find! Bought this and several other sausages for a campfire cookout and this won hands down for flavor and texture. So delicious, not greasy, spicy in the best way.

Very fresh. Can also be frozen for use at a later time.
