Product performs as designed. One arrived damaged, company replaced very quickly. I bought one years ago for the Christmas tree. No more climbing underneath to a poorly placed outlet, simply tap the app. Reordered more for the convenience of a couple more lamps and scheduling for when we are away from the house. Newer ones don't send a notification.

Works as intended outside but covered

These things work very well! I have used them to make a dumb AC smart and never had a problem. They are easy to setup, the app is not bad at all, Alexa works well and easily with these too! Only thing i could suggest is that they allow the plug to swivel or something, one in you loose the other outlet in the gang.

I thought it read like you just plugged it in and it worked. That's not how it works, believe me. Instructions are so small I couldn't even read them with a magnifying glass.

This is a great, easy to use, inexpensive product to automate things in your home. We use them on lamps to turn them on and off on a schedule when out of town; I used one for my Christmas tree lights so I didn't have to remember to plug and unplug it from the wall; and we use it as a way to remotely control my cats' water fountain, since it doesn't have an on/off switch. I've been using these for years and have several now, using the Jinvoo app to control them. It's quick to connect to WiFi and add a new device to the app, and the controls within for turning on/off, countdown timer, and scheduling are simple and straightforward.

Work great!

I bought 6 of these for Christmas gifts and two were for me. I tried the Jinvoo app and Smart Life and followed the instructions and after two minutes it times out. I'm pretty smart with electronics but was not successful in setting this up. So I've just wasted my money and very frustrated. Very frustrated and it's too late to return it.

I have these all over my home. They've saved me so much $$ in electricity and used to be so convenient.I would've given them 5-stars forever, had Jinvoo not changed the App.It no longer lets you schedule "ON/OFF" on certain days and at certain times.UPDATE...they changed it back...amending this review from 1-Star to 5-StarsTHANK YOU Jinvoo...this is such an important feature!!
