I love all of the colors and the packaging with the bobbins filled. The only thing is that the thread is not as strong as I would like but would recommend to others.

This is more like a sample size of various colors of thread. Hardly enough to use same color for multiple things. Very disappointed when it came in the mail. For the price I definitely expected more volume wise.

This set is wonderful for a beginner (or an experienced person without a lot of bobbins). The colors are true and the thread top quality. I gave this as a gift (along with a sewing machine) to a relative starting out. Having a variety of colors to choose from and already spun bobbins made it easier to start on a project.

Loved the colors just wished there was more thread on the main spool. Didn't catch that there was only 50 yards on each.

I rarely sew with cotton thread, even when quilting, but I made about 2 dozen microwaveable soup caddies forChristmas presents. These require 100% cotton components — fabric, batting, and thread — to prevent any chance of melting or fire while in use. Since most of these caddies were made from my fabric scraps and stash, I needed lots of colors of thread to either harmonize or contrast with the incorporated fabrics. This mixture provided an adequate assortment of colors, although I could have asked for fewer pastels in favor of more bright colors, but the neutrals filled in nicely where nothing else was suitable. More reds -> oranges, and more greens would have been better for me, but this assortment was ok.I was worried that the small amount of thread on the bobbins and spools would not be sufficient, but there was enough, for instance, of the navy color to make five of my caddies, and there was still some left over. I was very pleased to discover that.I can’t really comment on whether this thread has more lint than is usual for modern cotton thread, but it seems to have a lot. I had to clean out the machine about twice as often as with polyester thread. The first time I discovered that, it looked like the inside of my machine had been used to collect all the lint from my dryer. Ooops! But after a good cleaning, and being more careful about the lint buildup, everything was fine.After having a chance to actually use this assortment, I strongly recommend AGAINST purchasing this product. I have used about ten colors of the bobbins, and TWO were wound defectively. Believe me pinpointing this as a problem was a major hassle, and a waste of valuable recreational time.I will never buy this item again.

I like the variety. If I need a little bit of one color, I don't have a lot of extra thread. The bobbins won't fit my machine, however, the extra thread is nice to have. I like the assorted colors.

I'm making oven mitts as Christmas gifts and needed non-polyester thread. This multi color pack works perfectly for the many different fabrics I'm working with. Thank you!

Just like the description said, perfect for my starting up with sewing.
