I had ordered a different passport wallet from Polare. Although well made, it lacked many features I consider essential in a wallet. At the suggestion from Polare, I read the specifications for this wallet and decided to buy it. It works very well. I have only used a few times so far, but is definitely an upgrade for me from the other wallet I ordered.Pros: It holds cash in the upper compartment like a standard wallet. No prefolding cash to fit a slot. It is real leather. I fits very well in the front pocket of the pants I normally wear when I travel. Even with the card slots full, the passport slot in use, and money in the cash slot, it fits in pockets well.Cons: More card slots would be nice, but I carry very few cards so this is not an issue for me, maybe for others.Overall: I can recommend this passport wallet for travelers. I know I will be using it regularly.

Priced below true value and craftsmanship.Cons:Literally none, I couldn't think of anything I'd rather change with this wallet.I’ve owned other wallets from Coach, Mont Blanc, and others, but the Polare leather and stitching has been the most durable and aged the best. I’ll always go with Polare going forward and I’ve even gifted their billfold as a present because I’ve had such a good experience with the product.This isn't my first Polare product, the first was the men's large tri-fold wallet with the secret money holder section which took my kids a couple of years to find! I bought that wallet in 2016 and I still get compliments on it, which is why I thought this wallet would be no different and I was excited to see the same exact quality leather when I opened the box.I was nervous about the size because I don’t like bulky wallet/passports, but this one is perfect for me, easily fits in my pockets.I’ve been on two trips since this purchase and this passport wallet has made traveling easier. Just not having to carry two wallets, worry about two wallets, and know exactly where my passport is at all times is something I didn't think would be such a big deal, but it has been, and I've traveled extensively over the past ten years and now I’ll never go back to dual wallets.Another feature I really like is the two separate currency sections, which if you travel abroad you'll quickly make use of. The RFID I suppose is helpful, I'm not too familiar with the technology but I suppose it works.The credit card slots aren't numerous but enough for my purposes, plus, if there were more slots the wallet would have to be larger/thicker, which then makes it unusable for me.I always get the tan leather which is of a high quality and looks great, but be warned, this shade purposefully ages/scratches, especially the first few months, but once it’s had some use it looks really handsome, and judging from my other Polare wallet that I purchased three years ago, this one will age quite nicely with no threads ripping, no rounding of edges like other wallets have.Zero complaints, and only have compliments about Polare wallets, highly recommend.

Real leather...well made and very nice appearance. Beware PU and man made crap. Previously purchased a holder that looked amazing but had the strength of 1 ply TP. Fair priced and quality that exceeds the price point really. I shouldn't need a replacement but if I do, I will buy again or a variant that this company has based on this experience.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars because I think that’s what this wallet deserves. The leather feels nice and durable, and the build quality is feels great. I was looking for something to put my passport in and this works great.The only minor flaw I saw was there was a small hole in the bottom of the large horizontal pocket (not defect just the nature of how the “joint” of the wallet was built). It’s shown in one of the pictures. It’s not a big deal at all especially if you’re only putting cash in there but something to note if you are putting coins in there.Otherwise really great product overall. Definitely would recommend.

Tremendous passport or general use wallet. You can’t beat the feel and smell of a leather wallet. I love the dark brown, brushed finish so I won’t get upset when I scratch it for the first time. This is quality leather! The currency pocket is deep and the credit card slots are sufficient and not too tight as in some products. There are several other slots for storage in addition to the passport holder. The wallet is slightly bigger than a standard wallet, but it still fits well in my back pocket and suit coat pocket. I used the wallet as my regular wallet traveling this week and I think this will become my full-time wallet. Bonus - the RFID blocker.I have another Polare product and it has functioned and held up well over time and a lot of air travel. Polare has demonstrated excellent customer service.

This is my third product from Polare, I also have a messenger bag and a wallet. I keep going back to them because the quality of the leather and the craftsmanship is truly remarkable.I recently renewed my passport and decided to get a passport wallet for it. I wanted something I could carry in a pants pocket or a jacket pocket, but nothing too bulky and this wallet is perfect. I don't like to carry every credit card, membership card and ID card around all the time, too much to cancel and replace if ever lost or stolen. This wallet allows be to carry what I need with some space leftover and the pocket for paper money, boarding passes, receipts, etc. is excellent.I read some reviews before I ordered and a couple of them mentioned a 52-page U.S. passport doesn't fit in the wallet. I can't confirm this because I have a regular passport, but mine fits just fine in the slant pocket (see photo) and if I had a thicker passport I would put it in the center pocket.There were also some reviews that mentioned the lining tore over time. The lining on mine appears to be of good quality and is stitched into the wallet, not just glued. I'll update this review if the lining becomes an issue,

I purchased this wallet because I wanted to have all my travel documents, cards, cash and IDs in just one place. Usually when I travel, I have all my things organized, but still in different pockets (i.e. bag, jacket, pants). It has plenty of pockets and allows for two passports to be fitted in, plenty of cash, boarding passes, credit cards and airline frequent flyer cards. I would not carry coins in it as it does not have a coin pouch. The materials and stitching are amazing. Great quality, thick leather and colour doesn't transfer. Fits great in your back pocket. It might be a bit too big for the front pocket, though. Overall, I am very glad that I have chosen Polare again, for my leather messenger bag and also for this wallet, which matches the colour of my bag (realized that after I made the purchase). I would definitely shop again with them, especially if they will release a line for belts.

The media could not be loaded.  Doesn't close properly with just one passport, never mind two. It would close fine if designed abit better. Unfortunately the leather seems to scar easily too - I wanted to love this product but I can't recommend it unfortunately.

I was searching for a replacement passport holder for one that had past it's prime with wear and tear. This Polare leather option ended up being perfect. First of all it's well crafted and designed fitting a passport perfectly while still being pocket sized (unlike my previous holder). It also leaves plenty of space for cards, receipts, airline tickets and cash. The leather has a soft touch and feels similar to the leather from my Polare bag which has been tested thoroughly and is very high quality. Bottom line, great quality that lasts is well worth the reasonable price!

I wanted to carry three passports during a trip to Europe. Unfortunately, the max is two - even though it advertises three. Quality seems good, it has a quality feel. Ideal for two passports, some cards and cash. Happy except for misleading statement on capacity. Good price.
