I enjoy this chair very much! The piston did wear out pretty quickly but my husband put a clamp on it and I continue to get good use out of it.

I am very particular about my chairs because I have arthritis and sitting for long periods of time causes me pain. This chair provides great support in the lumbar and is adjustable in many ways. Each armrest can be adjusted to its own height; the chair back adjusts back and forth, the seat itself tilts at several angles, and of course the chair height is adjustable. Chair is designed for long hours of productivity, not just to be comfortable for 15 minutes or so. Price was reasonable for the quality. I actually looked at this chair at an office store and then found it $50 cheaper here at Amazon.

3 levers (aka paddles) means you get the hard to find lockable seat TILT in addition to typical up/down and backrest angle ... the only higher end knob missing here is seat "slide" forward/back aka seat depth and fortunately we found the stationary seat depth to be very accommodating as-is.everything else is good average quality for this price range. the seat is in the more like a fine mesh cover over padding , not a plush smooth surface like more higher end but definitely decent.

Assembly instructions were clear, but it did take a little time. The chair is adjustable, so I was able to set it to where it is very comfortable for me. May have to get another one for my wife.

I bought this chair based on a recommendation and it was worth every penny. It’s also pretty sturdy because I tend to move around a lot. I don’t feel like it’s going to fall apart.

Working at home now, I needed a comfy chair for the day. This chair is perfect & many different adjustment options. Love it

Disappointed that the back did not last even a year. Used daily for work. Expected better quality.
