Excellent product and great quality

If you have the Big Easy, you need to get this kit. It's a bargain compared to the prices on Char-Broil's website or if you had to buy each separately. I've used the rib hooks several times (very easy to attach--just make sure you have the meaty side of the ribs facing the side of the Big Easy so they brown nicely), but I haven't yet tried the kebab accessory. However, if you've ever made shish kebabs on a regular grill you know that veggies and meats rotate on the skewers when you turn them--making them a lot of hassle to cook. It looks like that problem is solved when you use this kebab holder. Just put the thing in when all is assembled and look for the meat's doneness, then take everything out without having to turn each skewer. You also get 2 holders for lots of chicken drumsticks that attach securely to the insert that comes with the Big Easy. They make it easy for grilling wings and drumsticks. I like to make country style ribs (no bones), and the 6 hooks in this kit let you grill plenty of them at once. Instructions are minimal, but descriptive enough. The instructions for the kebab maker consist of 4 photos. The one accessory that is not included and which I bought separately is the hanging basket which adds a second tier to the Big Easy. I've used it for roasting veggies while cooking my turkey, and I've used it for small roasts. It can be used to roast a second chicken. I enjoy using the Big Easy and all these accessories.

I bought the accessory kit to go with my awesome Big Easy SRG. This kit is AWESOME! I thought it was of decent quality, and for all the handy gadgets I got, was well worth the price. I used the Rib hooks right off the bat. The babyback ribs were amazing and held well to the hooks while cooking in the basket. I also used the Shish kabob kit and man was that easy to use. I would suggest cooking the veggies separate from the meats to make sure everything is done each to your liking. Here's the problem I had. The Leg\wing Racks did not fit my basket. I thought accessory kit was for all Big Easy propane cookers. Its not. My Big Easy is the SRG model and its a little bigger than the original I guess, so I can't use the leg racks...which is mainly why I bought the kit. My kids love chicken wings and this seemed like a great item for us. I am returning it. I wanted to exchange, but Amazon does not carry a kit for the SRG. I saw one on Char-broil, so'll I will get that one. I hate it too, because I only shop at Amazon ;-) Amazon customer service is the best! Great buy for the original Big Easy!

We love our oilless fryer for chickens/turkeys. When we seen the kebab sticks we mad to have. They turned out amazing and did not take long to cook. We can’t wait to try the ribs out!

I won’t make a T-day Turkey any other way. Perfect every time. Just have to be 100% thawed through the bone.I tried cooking two whole chickens and the lower chicken was underdone-a lot. The top one was perfect. Chicken legs were pretty good, but don’t hang them toward the center. Only around the outside. Can’t speak to ribs, but I’m sure they would be great.Clean up is what it is. Has to be done as soon as the unit cools. Don’t be tempted to put it off.The juice catcher is good as long as you have the aluminum pan liner, and the juices have to be cooked on the stove- do not plan on going directly to the table (you will see why).I’m on my second Big Easy, due to my dogs lifting their leg on the old one several times before I noticed. Wife said she would eat anything out of it so I had to get a new one. Otherwise the old one still worked great after many years.
