Product was decent for the price. However, the compression fittings for the back of the sink are made of economical metal which also leads to the threads easily being stripped. The sink came in quite quickly and came with many extra parts for future possible repairs, and a decently simple pamphlet of instructions. I am impressed with the price and quality combination. If you are not a certified plumber, take your time and do proper research on installation. The instructions are meant for people that are confident in plumbing or certified. I also recommend, removing all fittings from each other that come previously attached and add tephlon tape or plumbers putty. For the price, you won’t get a better sink. I use it for a restaurant that daily washes dishes. 6 days per week. I recommend this product as long as you take your time with installation.

This faucet system is just ok. It doesn't set any quality records but is functional. Hoping to get a couple years out of it before replacing it with one of higher quality. Instructions were a touch difficult to follow as well. I have basic plumbing experience and have hooked up many faucets. This is my first one of these and just expected a little better build quality and ease of install.

A little disappointed in this unit. I do not understand why when most kitchen faucet systems are 8" on center, this unit has to be just about a quarter inch smaller. There was nothing in the packaging or the paperwork that said anything about a smaller width connection. In order to install this, we had to adapt the piping to the smaller width. Other than that, it seems to be well made and should last as long as the one we were replacing.

Very pleased with this faucet, just the look I wanted and does what we needed. My husband used to have a plumbing business and he likes the look but mumbled, grumbled and complained about the random parts he needed to install it. My suggestion would be to either include everything OR sell a separate kit that has everything needed for this exact faucet. Small whine, overall very happy with it.

The item arrived in good shape but the hot side drips constantly. I will try to find a part to fix it locally because the packaging is complicated and it's already installed. Other than the dripping it is a nice faucet. I wish amazon could send me the $5 part to fix it.

Can't get this faucet to stop dripping. I've tried turning the knobs very tight, not so tight, and any combination in between. The thing just keeps drip, drip, dripping! I'll have to take it apart again and buy new gaskets (even though the faucet is brand new). In the meantime, I've got to turn the faucet off at the hot/cold water supplies to prevent the dripping.Save yourself the headache and time and buy a different brand.

Bought this a few months back but just installed in our new house that we're building. There's a crack in it and the company won't even work with us in fixing it. Every time I email them, I get a different representative in the same convo. Bad customer service to not be able to speak with just one person. Now we're stuck with a broken faucet and having to try epoxy to fix it. The sprayer also looks cheaply made and is plastic. I don't expect the spring to last long either. The faucet is so large and long that it almost reaches out of our commercial size pots and pans sink. I've never left a bad review but this is deserving of it.

Horrible spacing on the inlets. Supposed to be 8" but the minimum is about 8-1/4". You can adjust wider but why?
