It must be decent because after just a month of use I noticed some hair growth and normally it breaks off before I can even see any new length. I had previously used a pill form of biotin and didn't really notice a change, so I have to say this liquid form worked much better. I would guess better absorption. I like to put the drops under my tongue and let it sit there for a minute or so. It is flavored and it tastes fine, but i'd prefer it just suspended in oil with no flavoring. It does't need it.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The flavor wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet like some of the berry flavors I’ve tried and it mixed in well with my morning drink. I do recommend that you start with a smaller dose and ease your way up when starting with a new biotin supplement.
