For some reason, I expected they would be soft and small cookies. But it's huge...not really huge, but huge enough for my 8 lb Shih Tzu. I can give her five or six bites with one cookie. It smells like real blueberries, which my dog likes, that's good. As far as my dog likes these cookies, the size doesn't matter.

I am always careful about what ingredients I give our dog. I don't want all the wheat, corn and soy fillers that come in commercial dog treats. I recently ordered a few new treats for our little Chihuahua to try out. He normally likes softer treats, but these ones really caught my eye, and with the great reviews I decided to give them a try. I admit they are a little hard to break up, but considering how much he loves them they are worth the extra effort. As soon as I opened the bag he was interested and after one bite he could hardly wait for the next one. When I was done giving him all the pieces of the treat, he ran around me in a circle hoping to find a lost crumb on the floor. He wanted to get another one from the bag, so it's a good thing he can't work zip locks, otherwise I am sure he would of eaten half the bag. I would definitely buy these again. They smell good enough for a person, although I can't say I've tasted one yet.

My two chihuahuas seem to enjoy the flavor but the treats are too large and very hard. I bought these because they are USA made, have good ingredients, and prominently advertise with a chihuahua. It's often difficult to find treats and toys in their size. Unfortunately I have to break them up by hand since they are so hard, and even then they don't split well. I would purchase again if only they were softer and actually made for small breed mouths.

My dog loves these! They are pretty hard so it was difficult for her to chew at first but now that she can chew them better, she really loves them! Update: Ordered these a second time and I was slightly disappointed. They didn't smell like blueberry or the other flavors I selected. They smelled like the plastic bag inside. Such a bummer.

These smell so great I was tempted to eat them myself! I was delighted to find a treat without all the fillers and other ingredients that are not good for my pet. I have a Maltese with yeast issues and she can't eat some of the ingredients in other treats, so I was so happy to find Yipper Snappers.When I got them, I immediately gave her one and it was a big hit. Thank you Yipper!Also, and not a small thing, some of the money you spend on this treat goes to help abandoned animals. What a great way to spoil your pet and help another!

My dogs love this. However, the size is for big dogs, mine are 5 lbs. So I have to cut them up and lose a lot in the process. Your advertisement showing a small dog is deceiving.

As a mom to a diabetic little dog, these treats have been a God send! Four years ago when she was diagnosed with diabetes I was searching for a treat that was good for her and her diabetes. After many purchases, I found these treats and have been giving her these ever since. I'm not saying they are for every diabetic dog; however, they have been good for my dog and she loves them.
