ASROCK AMD X470 Chip Set ATX Motherboard X470 Gaming K4

I have been living with this motherboard for a couple months and have had no issues with the board itself. It is able to give me stable overclocks to my Ryzen 2700x at fairly low voltages (right now running 4.1Ghz at 1.2600V on stock cooler). The vrm does not get overly hot and the I/O has a great feature set and I love the USB 3.1 gen2 ports. My only knock on this board actually does not have anything to do with the physical board itself but rather the ASROCK Polychrome sync software used to control the board lights. It does not work well with other products that supposedly support it and is not very extensive in its capabilities, however this is a very minor issue that does not impact my view of the product. My final note is that the BIOS is not quite what you would expect as far as overclocking goes, instead of entering a multiplier to reach your desired frequency and the voltage. This was my first build so this could be a normal thing but I had not seen that in the many reviews I had looked at for other x470 boards and overclocking videos in general. All in all I would recommend this at the price that I got it for (about $150) and would recommend to anyone needing a board for the 2000 series Ryzen CPU's.

I've been putting together computers for myself for a long time. When I decided to build a system around a Ryzen2700x, this MB seemed to have what I was looking for: plenty of USB3.1 gen1 inputs, type A and C 3.1 gen2, and plenty of headers for fans/RGB/etc. There were no problems putting it all together, all 4 RAM slots worked, the system fired up first try, and I was able to adjust memory timings without any problems. Bottom line...everything worked first try out of the box.Pros: reasonable price, plenty of usb ports, everything workedCons: Not really a con, just a quibble-the ASRock RGB controller doesn't work with Corsair RGB RAM

I bought this MB and it's awesome, great VRM, beautiful and all works fine and easy... great integrated sound card, good RGB if you like it, it's really good

great budget motherboard. decent VRM. board handles heat very well. two 20 pin usb3 headers to supplement the slight lack of extra on board usb ports. i use a lot, maybe you won't need as many as i use. i would gladly trade the two cheesy RGB headers for two more fan headers, but nothing a couple PWM splitters won't remedy. my only real complaint is the weak memory support. this board will not allow memory faster than 2400 mhz unless your cpu is greater than Raven ridge series. so ryzen 2600 or better (i think that's right. my 2400APU is Raven ridge. i believe that's the top Raven ridge chip.) and up to 3200 mhz with Pinnacle ridge series, stock clocks. this board may do a little more with some tweaking around, but i haven't yet had the hardware to be able to say for sure. the built in RGB lighting is pretty bogus, if you care. whites are yellow, reds are pink. really too hideous for me to tolerate. i keep them off. RGB is not really my thing anyway. I'm very pleased with this board.

I figured the new 3rd gen motherboards were gonna be pricey, so I grabbed this and I can't complain at all. This ia a really nice gaming motherboard. Fast and snappy. The only reason I gave the Tech Support a low rating is because I haven't used it yet. So the low mark isn't a bad thing. Can't give 5 stars for something I haven't used yet. All in all, I recommend this to anybody who likes 12 phase boards.

My card got b1 ram slot defective i was so mad there trying a million solutions to my windows not getting full 16 ram working windows said 7.95 out of 16 until i changed to slots a2 b2 the dual chanel worked properly on bios it said it worked on a1 b1 but cpuz showed that was not working

I got this board via Amazon Warehouse for about $90. This was such a bargain as the board was brand new inside! I got it for its built in enhanced audio chipset and features, as well as to upgrade from a Micro ATX size and it certainly has not disappointed! It's worked reliably for over a year now and I'm sure it will continue on for several more.

Paired it with my 2700x and 32gb 8x4 Corsair RGB 3200 ram. for some reason i cant get the ram to run at 3200. not sure why yet. other than that it's been running fine at 2333

Absolutely deceived by this low quality product. Won't recognize my NVMEs even if my NVMEs work perfectly and are recognize by WINDOWS. The BIOS won't see them and since they don''t see them won't boot from them. It,s suppose to be GEN 4 ready and won't works with GEN 3? I deeply regret buying this motherboard.

La scheda madre in questione monta un r7 2700x 32gb ddr4 a 3200mhz con profilo xmp letti senza fare nessuna modifica, regge molto bene l oc, ho portato molto facilmente la mia cpu a 4.2ghz, che dire ne avevo provate altre ma non mi sono piacute come questa, unico problema non so se chiamarlo problema o e' fatta proprio cosi i led dove stanno gli slot pcie non sono uniformi ma cosa da poco

La mejor placa que he visto en mucho tiempo, hay que decir que siempre estuve con ordenadores desde mi primer 286...... luego un poentium 166 mmx y ahi ya montaba yo mis cositas, llevaba muchos años con un q9550 exprimido al maximo.... ahora esta placa me da la funcion de exprimir otro procesador y unas memorias al maximo, aunque por ahora se queda todo stock ya esta mas que probado..... la memoria tiene truco para configurarla....

Bin begeistert. Funtioniert ohne Bios update mit Ryzen 7 2700 X. Software von Asrock ebenfalls sehr gut. Leuchtet in allen Farben wobei das sicher kein Kaufkriterium war. Vorher unbedingt auf der Herstellerseite nach getesteten RAM suchen verwende den Corsair Vengeance rgb pro 2x 8 GByte laufen ohne probleme mit 3200 Mhz. (Der vengeance Lpx nur mit 3000 mhz und leider nicht stabil). Über den verbauten onboard grafikchip kann ich nichts sagen. Die Lüftersteuerung funktioniert sehr gut das system ist quasi nicht Hörbar. Auch über die verbauten Audioanschlüsse kann ich nur positives sagen. Für mich ist die ausstattung an Usb-Anschlüssen völlig ausreichend. Ein sehr gutes Mainboard klare kaufempfehlung.

Presa dall'usato Amazon, nella confezione non mancava nulla. Montato il 2700X, 16GB di Ram corsair vegeance 3200 CL16(impostate da bios), se la cava egregiamente. Ottima la possibilità di disattivare i LED RGB che non mi piacciono, vi è anche um menù dedicato alle ventole, dove impostare comodamente da un grafico i profili per ogni ventola montata.a 130€ un acquisto da consigliare.
