Treating Postnatal Depression: A Psychological Approach for Health Care Practitioners

As a Psychotherapist working with postnatal depression I found this book very clear and informative, and a fantastic help with setting up a group of my own. Lots of really good tried and tested ideas from people who have a wealth of relevant experience. I think this book would be really useful for health visitors as well as therapists.
