The media could not be loaded. This is an awesome washer and dryer for my apartment! I have the dryer set up in the bathroom for the exhaust fan to help pull any humidity out of the air as I have the dryer vent inside. The washer works amazing and it holds a larger load of laundry than I anticipated! But of course do not overload it. It has a lot of settings for type of wash cycle, modes, 4 different options for water levels, and it run nice and quietly. I work at home and not an issue at all with sound. It is super easy to connect to my kitchen sink using the included quick connect. The only “negative” is the length of the drain hose, as others have said it is a bit short but I plan to get another small length of hose to clamp to this to solve that easy. The dryer is also a great little dryer, and it works amazing. I have been able to do all my laundry no issues!!! I would highly recommend. Also, get a cart with wheels and it is super easy to move around as needed!

I got my washer/dryer set up this past weekend. Overall I am very happy with both. The washer drains nicely into my pantry sink and the hose easily hooks onto the spigot. I am extremely glad that I got the wheels for under the washer. It rolls around easily so it can be moved out of the way . I’ve done multiple washes and all turned out very clean. The quality of the machine is great and holds large loads of wash. The dryer is small but I was honestly surprised at what a good job it does. I did not have high hopes for it but I am happy with it. I had to get a non skit mat for under it because it is lightweight and I have it on a table. My only complaint is that the dial is on the bottom and is a dark color so hard to see.

I love this little set! The washer holds quite a bit more than I expected! I can wash a dozen extra large t-shirts in it with no problem! Give or take a couple of shirts I would say that it holds between half, and three quarters as big of a load as a regular full size washer. I can wash 4 pairs of jeans in it whereas my old full size washer could hold about 7 or 8 pairs. In my opinion I would not expect this washer to do well with REALLY dirty clothes, but If you don't get your clothes really dirty, just average wear, this washer is perfect for you! Especially if you're single like myself. As far as bedding, it's pretty much just one top and one bottom queen size sheet set at a time if you want to give them a fairly good wash that is. I like the little dryer as well. I normally hang my clothes outside on a line to dry but I bought this set because a washer about the same size goes for only a little less than I could get this set for...so I went for the set. The dryer holds more than you would expect as well. It works well but don't expect it to get super hot. That is just fine with me because when I dry shirts I don't want the dryer to get super hot anyway because I end up shrinking my shirts! Anyway, although I have a place in my condo to put a washer, the hook-ups and drain pipe, but there isn't a vent to hook the dryer vent hose up to...Otherwise I would have just kept the compact stacked GE washer dryer that I already had and put it there! When I do use The dryer I just set this new little dryer on the floor in front of my open patio door and let the vent hole just blow out through the screen door. Anyway, for the price this set beats the hell out of dragging all of my crap up and down 2 flights of stairs to get it all up and down from the laundry room which is also 2 buildings away! As an added bonus, The customer service is nothing short of excellent! The 1st set that I received had been damaged by the shipper and didn't work properly. I emailed the seller and they promptly emailed me back concerned about my problem! They immediately offered me a full refund or they offered to send me a new washer (the washer was what was damaged) I was leery about asking for another washer because I figured that I would have to ship the damaged one back, but they told me that they would send me out another washer and I didn't have to send the damaged one back! What a relief! I received my new washer in perfect condition a couple of days later...now that's customer service!

So let's start with the washer. Easy to setup and runs well, includes everything you need although I wish the lines included were a little longer. This runs quite well with 5 levels of water level choice and multiple program options. It's light and easy to move by the two handles if you don't put it on a stabilized dolly for ease.The dryer is about a third the capacity of the washer so keep this in mind if you buy, it is built well and can be easily moved about as needed. Given how it is built, it dries as quickly as you would expect running off normal house current although I would recommend using GFCI outlets for both washer and dryer, for safety of course. The lint trap is a fiber trap, clean it often about every 3 loads or so seems about right. It does take some time to dry, 200 minutes for things like towels or bulky items like jeans provided you don't overload the poor drum.Both of these are great in an apartment and will save you money in the long run if you run to the laundromat weekly. I would advise maybe one last trip to "catch-up" your laundry loads so you don't feel like all your doing is laundry when you start using these units.Oh, one thing... get some plumber's tape for the spigot threads and just leave on the tap if you aren't running your own dedicated line. So much easier.

I don't know how to say thank you, It wasn't easy for me to live in this apartment without laundry or dryer with kids. This laundry saved me a lot . but dryer is working but it's not dries quickly it takes time to dryer. So you need to dry small amount of clothes like 2 to 3 pts or shirts. So thank you so much you deserve 5 Star. But I hope it will stay for a long time .

The washing machine works well and holds a decent amount of clothes. The dryer takes a very long time even with a light load, like a pair of athletic shorts and a cotton tee-shirt. Like 40 min, and then I have to hang the shirt up to finish drying. It won't dry a large thick towel.
