Under-powered hard drive makes it unusable
The hard drive on this computer is so under-powered it makes the machine completely unusable. I spent 5 days trying to get the machine to work but it could never download and install the Windows updates. Even before the updates tried to install the computer was very unresponsive. It took 2-10 seconds between each click. When I look at the task manager the disk usage was 100%. It basically stays at 100% and never really drops below 90. After many frustrated re-installs, searching the internet for solutions, and uninstalling all the extra software I finally bought a SSD to replace the hard-drive. I was able to re-install Windows and get all the updates done in less than 6 hours no problems proving it was the worthless hard-drive all along. Do not buy this computer without the SSD, there are packages that include it.
