I wanted this to fit snug to help with weight loss, but I can't zip it up all the way. it doesn't really help me sweat that much, which is what I wanted. Maybe since the weather is finally trying to break, I will wear it under some bigger clothes and maybe do yard work and see what happens.

Looks just like the picture I sized up and it’s tight can barely get it off my arms.

It's fits well, and you definitely sweat! The biggest work out is getting the darn thing off! 🤣 also be careful how you zip it up, the cloth guard can get stuck in the zipper very easily,and is not so easy to get back out.

This is an honest review of the quality of the product:This is a quality product, as far as I can tell. I love that it is stretchable, not too thick nor too warm to wear. I am glad it is made with this kind material. I get a headache if I feel too warm in my clothing. While this suit can help you sweat out during walking or exercise, it does not feel warm when worn while sitting on your desk or doing light chores. To remove the smell, I soak the suit in a mild but scented soap. Rinse it, then soak it with a good smelling fabric softener. It can be worn over a thin fabric shirt and cotton shorts. Or, it can be worn over cotton shirt and pants. That's one thing I like about it. As indicated in most reviews, this can help you sweat out better during workout. The material is light so it is not going to add weight to your luggage when traveling. That's another thing I like about it. I hope to make an updated review once I have used this product after a month or so. One important note though: I made a mistake about getting the right size that fits me tightly as more of a body girdle because of some reviews that I read saying that the product is smaller in sizing. Perhaps, this issue had been addressed already. So, be sure to choose the size that is right for you. If you wan the suit to be tightly fit, better go for the closest size range measurement that is a few centimeters smaller instead of going for the exact or bigger size within the range of your waistline and hips. For instance, my waistline is between 30 and 31 inches and my hips 38. I ordered Medium and it turned out to a little bit loose on me. Since I wanted the suit to be tightly fit on me, size Small should be my best bet. Getting me Medium means having a suit that is not tightly fit but good enough and comfortable. Nonetheless, if you encounter a problem with the size, immediately contact the seller.

Purchased size based on reviews. I believe I got a medium knowing there should be extra material around the midsection and there is. I expected the extra material and thought i did good. It was a little loose in some spots but fit well in other areas. A lot of reviews said the suit started to rip in some areas so I thought maybe too tight for some people and that a little looser would have no problems. I was wrong. Even without it being tight Its splitting on the seam in the behind area, and no i dont have a big butt. It hasn't complete split but I can start to see through a little if i bend over. Mind you I have a broken toe and am not doing any exercise that would make me bend too much for that area to start to rip. I think it needs to be a more durable material in general. Imagine this is made for women, who most have nails; nails that will probably pierce the material or cut it. I have to keep my nails short but i sure could see that happening if I grew them. As far as will it make you sweat, yes but maybe not as much as I'ld expect it to and for $30+ I really would expect it to help a bit more with as a "Sauna Suit". I do not expect this will last a year but we'll see. These are my own feelings on this item but I'm sure it will vary for many women of all sizes and shapes.

Overall, this suit did was i expected. It was difficult to get on, but that could be due to my longer-than-average torso. It wasn’t overly hot to wear and I didn’t feel like I was overheating when I went for a bike ride in low 80s weather. The fit is okay. It was a bit tight in places and a bit baggy in others, but I wasn’t wearing it for it to be a cute outfit. I wore a shirt and shorts over it. It was extremely difficult to get off, however. I very nearly had to call my roommate for help, which would have been super embarrassing for me. The suit doesn’t have a lot of stretch to it, and this was especially true around the shoulders. Between the fit around my shoulders and the zipper only going halfway down my stomach, I could hardly get it off. It wasn’t even stuck to my skin because of the swear. I might replace the zipper to go further towards the crotch area to make it easier to get off. That being said, the suit definitely made me sweat more in the places covered. I wasn’t dripping, but I had enough noticeable sweat that I took a shower after the bike ride, which I don’t normally do. I did weigh myself before and after, and I lost about .75 pounds. Not a lot and it definitely wasn’t noticeable, but enough more intense workouts in the suit and I could see it helping excess water weight and the like. Overall I’m not dissatisfied, but I won’t be ordering another one.

I really enjoy this sauna suit! I love that it’s a full body suit that I don’t have to worry about rolling up or down. The only issue for me is that I am allergic to Neoprene, which is the material this is made from. After 2 weeks of wearing it everyday I was covered in a full body rash and hives all over it was soooo bad but after getting a shot and prescription allergic reaction meds from the dermatologist, everything is under control now and I STILL use this BUT I figured out a way to wear it and benefit from the sweat while working out, while NOT braking into hives again. I wear a sports bra, shirt tucked into my bike shorts, and the sauna suit over all of that. Then I put on a pair of yoga pants and a hoodie over all of it and i haven’t had the allergic reaction again so I’m very happy I was able to find a solution because I’m telling y’all, this suit is WORTH IT!!!!

Funciona, te w hace sudar mas mientras haces ejercicio, solo que si vienen muy pequeños, yo compre la m segun las medidas y me queda muy justa, aun asi lo estoy ocupando, pero mejor compren una talla más grande para mayor comodidad
