a wonderful humorous and very quick to read. I am diagnosed presently with severe anxiety stress and depression.. This little booklet Has made a difference as its so easy to understand.. no waffle and I did feel happier after reading it . I would recommend this little book for anyone feeling low , tired fed up

Very compact book giving some good tips on how to pick yourself up. The book can be read in 10 mins, and that is reading slowly. But gives some food for thought. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.
