Battery and screen have been outstanding. I feel like you have to be a bit careful when changing position of the screen. Other than that, my only but is how noisy the fan is but it doesn't normally run at a noisy speed.

I enjoy how versatile of a computer it is and the battery life is so long; 12 hours t9 be exact. The sound quality is great as well. Although I have no clue how to add my printer since usually you go into your settings and boom it's like add me. Plus the price is nice!

I love this laptop so much. It's great and fast. The volume isn't too great but that's okay because I have headphones. The laptop is light weight and the picture are clear/HD

Warning DO NOT BUY! I made a grave mistake buying this laptop. When I called for the first software issue it was overseas. The message was not in English therefore, you have to wait for the prompt. The technician did not understand my issue. She was forming her own opinion therefore, it made it difficult to understand anything. I also sent an email via Amazon seller and NEVER received a reply to date. Almost daily I am having s software issue in which I am sick of attempting to troubleshoot or call for support. I did a lot of research and found out their are major issues with the software. I advise anyone not to buy this junk. You are better off with a cheaper brand from your local WalMart. What a TERRIBLE INVESTMENT. This is a laptop that's a nightmare in the daytime. PLEASE RESEARCH AND READ THE PROBLEMS.

The fan is super loud when you start it which I thought with normal. However after i download and open chrome, it's like the fan can't breathe. come on it's only chrome. I am a bit disappointed and end up returning.

Sent this to my grandson and he loves it. He says it meets all his needs. He can fold it back, carry it to the library and class and do his Zoom classes anywhere. He especially likes the screen size and brightness and the light weight.

I love my laptop. Only 2 pitfalls I didnt notice in the description is no right side numbers on the keyboard and no CD or DVD slot

Buen producto, sencillo pero bueno, lo he probado 1 mes y me a funcionado bien hasta ahora, el botón del power se mueve un poco y da la sensación de estar algo flojo pero en general el equipo esta bien. Envío rápido y seguro. Gracias.
